My name is Jan Haydock , I have been in the tourism business for many years and run our small business now as a family concern.
We have a small farm with a Guest house and 2 self catering cottages.
High standard of care and attention to detail is priority to me.
I aim to make everyone's stay with us a pleasure - home from home !

Situated on the outskirts of Peebles close to the essential amenities and on a direct bus route to Edinburgh and the Borders.
The farm has enough land to enable us to have sheep and horses.
Ample space for our family and holiday guests to share our lovely home.

We are in the country but only 5 minutes drive to Peebles town centre or a pleasant walk.
30 minutes takes us to Edinburgh or the Borders.
50 % of your booking is paid at the time of booking with the remainder paid 1 month prior to your arrival. This can be paid by cheque or Direct banking.
Change over is generally a Saturday but enquiries can be made for some flexibility. ( short breaks ) Arrival time from 3 pm unless otherwise organised departure is by 10am.

We can organise for you anything to do with fishing. As we have the river Tweed flowing through Peebles also surrounded by fishing lochs. Can also organise a spa day at the famous Stobo Castle.
Nearest beaches to us are in East Lothian about 45 minutes drive.
Our nearest airport is Edinburgh its about 45 minutes drive. We are on a bus route but cars are available to hire from the airport or taxi hire.
Peebles is the nearest town to us just a few minutes drive. Peebles offers lots to do and see . Edinburgh is less than an hour away either by car or bus. Historical houses are within easy reach in our area. Also lovely walks or drives with beautiful scenery. Plenty of shops and great cafes , bars and restaurants. On the door step of some of the best and well known mountain bike tracks. ( Glentress and Innerleithen )
Plenty of local shops including 2 large super markets. Farmers market every Saturday and market on a Thursday. Lots of Cafes, bars and Restaurants to choose from. Leisure centre and swimming pool. Eastgate theatre offers a wide choice of entertainment. Off road cycling and tuition available also Go Ape - for the adventuress. Plenty of banks and free to use cash line machines. Pharmacy's and medical clinic in town.

- Notes on accommodation: Both of our cottages are identical and next door to each other within our farm courtyard. 2 bedrooms can be made up into twin or king sized beds also room for a cot bed. Shower room is on the ground floor. Kitchen is fully equipped. On arrival we offer a complimentary bottle of wine with chocolates or home baking. Outside: Seating area with table and parasol at the entrance to both cottages, barbecue is available and guests are welcome to use the grassed area around the main farm house. Children's play area is situated close to the cottages.
