Completed in Spring 2013 this is a gorgeous, well proportioned, 3 bedroomed villa, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Comfortably sleeping 6 people it is ideal for families or friends. This is the opportunity to rent a luxury villa equipped and furnished to the highest standard, providing a superb base for a relaxing holiday in the wonderful natural environment of Dalyan. Villa VIZLA is set in its own private walled garden with a 30 sq m swimming pool surrounded by a large patio area giving ample space for 6 sunbeds and children to play. The covered terrace to the front of the house has a table and chairs for six people. A brick built BBQ to the side of the pool terrace gives easy access to and from the kitchen. The terrace looks out across citrus groves to the mountains beyond. A wonderful spot to enjoy a drink as the sun sets over Dalyan. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area in the Gulpinar area of Dalyan allowing holidaymakers to enjoy relaxing days by the pool on the spacious terrace surrounded by mountain views yet only a 10 minute walk into Dalyan and all the amenities it offers.

About Diana Gott

Marco first came to Dalyan in 1986 and Diana first came in 1993. We came to live permanently in Dalyan in 2009 and have been renting out Villa Arici since 2010, Villa Gizem since 2013 and Villa Vizsla since 2015

Marco has worked in the tourism industry all his life, working in bars and restaurants before owning his own hotel and restaurant.

Diana is a chartered surveyor who having worked in the commercial property industry in London for over 20 years decided to sell up and move to Dalyan permanently in 2009.

As owners of the villa we want everyone who stays in it to enjoy it as much as we do. We live 5 minutes away and are available 24 hours a day to help out and answer any questions.

We bought the land in 2011 because of its location and stunning natural beauty, with a view to building a house on it.

The building of the house commenced in 2012 and was completed in the spring of 2013, we decided not to rush the build to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard.

One of the things we love most about the house is its location, in a quiet residential neighbourhood yet only a 10 minute walk into town and all the amenities it offers

What makes this villa unique

As we designed the house ourselves we think we got everything we would want from a home - spaciousness, luxury, homeliness and a fantastic kitchen. The outside space is perfect for the summer where you can spend most of your time living outside yet it is cosy and warm in the winter.

Notes on accommodation: The ground floor is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, lounge area around a wood burning fire and a dining area with table and chairs for six people. On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom, a second double bedroom also has a super king-size bed and large wardrobes. The third bedroom is a twin bedded room. There is also a family bathroom on this floor which also houses the washing machine. All rooms in the villa have air-conditioning and the lounge and both double bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Villa VIZSLA has only one immediate neighbour with the remainder of the residential area being to the rear of the villa. The outlook of the property from the patio and terrace is across citrus fields. The garden is lawned and planted with fruit trees. This property is luxury and tranquillity all in one, giving you all the amenities of home and more. There is plenty of entertainment for children and adults alike and all just a stone's throw from the centre of Dalyan which provi Outside: Villa Vizsla looks out from the terrace and pool across orange fields to the mountains beyond. The terrace area surrounding the pool is very large and provides the ideal situation for days lounging in the sun. Evening drinks on the terrace watching the sun go down over the pool and mountains are breathtaking and it is very easy to while away time enjoying the view. The pool itself measuring 6m x 4m the depth of the pool is 1.5m deep allowing everyone to enjoy a swim, there are tiled steps down into the pool wide enough to sit on and soak up the sun. The terrace area is surrounded by garden laid to lawn with trees throughout. If you can't drag yourself away, there is a large BBQ available for home dining. It is very easy to stay home and cook with this view and with the abundance of fresh local produce available from Dalyan market, this villa truly provides the total chill out environment! Perfect for a relaxing break away from it all. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bedlinen are included as are six beach towels. The property is cleaned prior to arrival and additional cleaning services can be provided by prior arrangement.
