Wonderful, clean, tidy and modern accommodation.

  • 5 of 5

A lovely spacious bungalow, in very well kept, pretty surroundings.

We stayed for four nights, with 2 adults and 4 children, will did not feel at all cramped, there was absolutely everything that you could need for your stay, with entertainment for children and adults, to all your home comforts. Having a bathroom and shower room came in very handy, not only because there were so many of us, but also due to my disability. They also provide high chairs, travel cot and plastic cups and plates for younger children. All you need to take is your clothes and wash bag, everything else is there for you!!

The bungalow is also in a great position to access everything that Eastbourne has to offer, we had a wonderful time and the children are already asking when we can go back.

Brilliant place for a family break

  • 4 of 5

The bungalow is immaculately clean and well finished with a modern interior. Everything you could wish for. Sarah was very helpful and communicated with me well, when needed. Only thing to add to the price is the electricity... we spent about £15 for he weekend, with four adults and two children.

The location was great, handy for the harbour and seafront.

The only slight negative was the back garden - not owned by the owner, but the estate, where sticks were sticking out of the ground, which was not safe for the children. Having said that there was room all around for them to play on.

Great little touches, such as the dvds made family time inside when it was raining easy.

Thanks for a lovely stay... would highly recommend.

Lovely place and great location

  • 5 of 5

Booking a few days away in February is always going to be an interesting experience.

The bungalow was lovely and inviting. Very clean and in bigger than it appears in the photographs. The location is idea and meant that we would have had options had the weather not been as good as it was. Three days on nearly unbroken sunshine allowed us to explore the coast in both directions and even a few hours in Brighton in the way home.

Most desirable holiday home

  • 5 of 5

We arrived at the bungalow and as soon as we did we were thrilled with both the appearance of the property from the outside and the amount of effort in the visual effect of the home furnishings and decoration applied to all the rooms. There were no home comforts that had been forgotten to make your stay all the more enjoyable whilst staying in the home from home. The cleanliness was also another factor and one of which we were most appreciative of. Apart from all the things that we did to make our holiday extra special the surroundings of where we stayed sure added an extra element to the success of our stay. We will most certainly book this property again when looking to stay in Eastboorne next.

Lovely place

  • 5 of 5

The bungalow was very clean and well appointed with all the necessary home comforts and the estate was very quiet and peaceful. Eastbourne is a great place and there are lots of other places to visit and explore nearby.

Tranquil!

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, then this is the one for you! It is a beautiful, immaculate bungalow, with lots of space and very comfortable. We visited without a car, but enjoyed the walks (approx 2.5 miles) along the seafront to the main Eastbourne and also used public transport. If you wanted to sightsee further afield, I would suggest having a car, but this did not stop us exploring. We would definitely recommend this holiday.
