This apartment with a wonderful view was remodeled after many opinions captured from others rental flats guests.

Together with that, we include a wonderful and unique view which gave us a nice feeling from the moment we get inside of it.

Right in the middle of the heart of the touristic points starting from Cascais Vila, golf courses (Quinta da Marinha, Oitavos, Estoril Golf Course, Penha Longa and Beloura Golf), Restaurants, Bike Circuits for free, Beaches, museums, among others curiosities.

About Jose Carlos Batista Neves- Caio

Hello my Name is Jose Carlos Batista Neves but all my friends call me Caio Neves.

I'm Brazilian, retired, from a Brazilian Bank , and I love to surf, play golf, sailing as many others sports.

Since I came to Portugal, working for a bank institution, I've discovered this unbelievable country, (I use to define Portugal in one word.... comfortable), then after my retirement I had to decide where me and my family should live. The decision was unanimous, we decided to live in Cascais, to enjoy this fantastic place and share happiness with people, play Golf with friends and laugh a lot.

This property was bought because of the good energy

that surrounds the place. For the first time we saw it, we knew about its potential.

The flat is located in a place were you can have both things.

Peace and calm place to relax but also, since it's near the crowd, you can go out and have fun with friends.

We spent a relaxing February in this clean well equipped and comfortable apartment enjoying the morning sunrise and views stretching to the sea. Dining in and out. Cascais has many restaurants that provide a good choice of food.

A short walk to the Mercado for fresh fish, fruit and veg.



Excellent and very reliable public transport enabled us to visit Lisbon, Fatima, Sintra, Cabo da Roc and Guincho.



.Walks along the coast between Guincho and Praia da Azarujinha offer dramatic and beautiful views. Excellent refreshment along the way can be found at Casa da Guia, Esplanada Santa Marta and Jonas Bar.



Caio and Mariana were helpful and very friendly.

Outside: Cars - There are plenty of space for public parking area. There are a shared ROOF, ( Keys are available inside of the flat),where you can take pictures of mountains and palaces.There is a convenient public transport near the apartment that goes to old village, Shopping, Sintra city, Beaches and others, Train Station to Lisbon. You can go to major beaches by walking around 800 to 900mts, also restaurants museums, night life etc. There is a bus station near the apartment, in front a "sociedade Musical" ,take the bus number 409. You can drop off at Cascais station, under the "Cascais Villa" shopping. Utility Room: Clothes Wash machine and dryer machine are located in specific room, brand new equipment. Broom, rags, mops. vacuum cleaner etc. provided Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and Towels for inside apartment use, are included on the rental. Clean and Keeping service is included before and after the rental period. Other: The Balcony located in front of the living room has astonishing view and also there is roof, on the right side, where the Sintra mountain view is also amazing.

We spent 10 days at this wonderful apartment which exceeded our expectations, and made us feel totally at home .... Everything you need for a great and relaxed stay is at hand, the host is absolutely perfect and helpful - just lovely!! Can`t wait to go again!

Better than pictures...

Excellent stay at this apartment. Mariana is a warm, welcoming and very helpful host. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Views of Cascais and coastline are amazing. Bus stop right on doorstep and very convenient for accessing Cascais centre. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Superb!!

My daughter and I are so sad to return to the UK having stayed in this superb apartment. It is even better than the pictures can show - so clean, with everything you could wish for and such good quality too. All the equipment works beautifully and we found both the beds to be very comfortable. In fact we loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Mariana is a wonderful manager, thoughtful, kind and very friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble, which made us feel so welcome and at home. Caio was equally friendly and very pleasant to chat with - even coming out immediately when we had a minor problem with the internet. We could not have wished for a better manager/host/apartment or destination. We would love to be able to return some day.

Great view to the sea

Exactly like the description. Very clean. 10 minutes walk from town. We had a lovely time exploring the area. Would definitely book again love portugal . Any questions we emailed and got a reply straight away couldn't have be more helpful .

Such a special stay

We stayed in Portugal for 5 weeks and stayed most of that time in this apartment. It is a short 10-15min walk from the centre of Cascais and it is nice to stay away from the busy centre. Recently renovated and new appliances. Epic view from the balcony. The hosts are most welcoming and their help enhanced our stay. We are looking at revisiting when we can and hopefully staying here again.
