My husband & I decided to buy in Spain to be able to enjoy a different way of life. We wanted to start experiencing the warmth of the sun and waking up to blue skies instead of black/grey and white.

very relaxing area and super clean apartment

This is our second time to stay in this apartment.

it has everything you need, good location with shops, restaurants and pubs.

The owners were very helpful and neighbours very friendly.

Recommend it to everyone for a nice relaxing holiday in the sun.

Ideally located within easy reach for everything

We booked for 15 nights and now wish it had been for longer, as the apartment was equipped with everything we could want. The location was ideal, enabling us to fully explore the coast, the countryside and nearly all of the towns, easily, within 20 miles. Easily found using the directions from Alicante airport and within easy reach of the motorway. The markets, salt water lakes, marinas, shopping centres, mountains and beaches all provided the attractions we were seeking, with one eye on a possible purchase in the future. If golf is your thing then there are three within easy reach. The views from Montemar are fantastic and the pool (25 degrees C) was perfect for our needs. The area was quiet, apart from some noise from the workmen constructing a neighbours pool, although by now it should be complete. Having said that, it did not spoil our relaxation on the patio in the sun.

Adele and Tony made us feel special without being omnipresent and we will be trying to return again in the near future.

Quiet, spacious & very well equipped!

The apartment was ideal for us as we had a car and wanted a quiet, well positioned base to explore from. It was clean, spacious and homely with nice quality furnishings/linen and everything you need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as the extra thought and little touches go a long way to making guests stay a comfortable & memorable one. Thanks Adele & Tony.

Very well appointed, clean, everything you need

Had an excellent stay. Adele very helpful but certainly not intrusive. Apartment was excellent, very clean, well furnished, we have stayed in a number of apartments in the area and this was by far the best.

Would definitely use again.

Spotless and very comfortable

Fantastic holiday, apartment was perfect and had everything you needed, both Adele and Tony were a fantastic help when needed. If peace and quiet is what you are after then Casa View fits the bill, however Guardamar and Torrevieja are a 15 min drive away where you will find beautiful beaches and restaurants a plenty, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a faultless holiday. Thanks to you both.

Superb Apartment

Had a fabulous stay in this most lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need is provided, modern, light and airy with a large bathroom and excellent shower. We know the area and it is perfectly situated for both La Finca and the village. Will definitely be back, Adele and Tony have a little gem here.

Location

We already have friends over here so the location wasn't hard to pick but saying that we wanted somewhere that was far enough away from the tourist areas but still near enough to enjoy any lively entertainment if you wish. The area is really beautiful amongst the orange/lemon groves and its not too far from the airports for family/friends to come over. This particular area is also well known for being one of the best areas to assist with helping any ailments due to the salt lakes and warm all year round temperatures.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Barpub : Algorfa Bar just down the road at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Golf : La Finca Golf & Spa at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Baybrooks at La Finca Commercial Centre at 1 Kilometres Car: recommended

Costa Blanca is named for its fine white sandy beaches with an average 320 days sunshine of temperatures between 15c in winter and 25c-30c in summer, which makes this region an ideal all year round holiday destination.

The local shops are only a 10min walk away. There is an English supermarket, Pharmacy, A Dutch Deli, Ladies/Gents clothes shop, Indian and several other bars and restaurants to choose from. You can also dine at the 5* La Finca Hotel & Spa.

The traditional Spanish village of Algorfa is only a 5min drive away or if you are an avid walker then can be reached by a lovely safe walk amongst the orange/lemon groves.

Other towns/villages are only a 15min drive away, such as Ciudad Quesada, Los Montesinos, Benijofar, Almoradi, Benimar, Benejuzar and San Miguel de Salinas, all of which offer Spanish/English bars/restaurants and shops.

Spain is also a paradise for golfers, with the apartment being very near to several top golf courses - 5* La Finca with Spa (5mins away), La Marquesa, Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas all of which are only approx. 15mins away.

The lively tourist town of Torrevieja is only approx. 20mins away with its many shops/bars, large outdoor street market and lovely marina as well as Guardamar Del Segura famous for its lovely 'blue flag' beach which stretches for miles.

For those who prefer a different activity, there are water parks, horse riding, tennis clubs and go-karting, all within easy reach by car.

If you love to shop then La Zenia Boulevard (approx. 20min drive away) is an Upmarket Shopping Centre with all the fabulous fashion shops, beautiful furniture shops, bars/restaurants, bowling alley and holds outside concerts/shows during the main holiday season.

Most shops/bars/restaurants are open all year round and not just seasonal.

There are plenty of areas for lovely safe walks for the avid walkers. Excellent for Cyclists as many safe cycle routes provided amongst the beautiful areas and also great for Motor Bikers as stunning mountain routes to explore and many Moto events to attend, free of charge!

Car Hire is advisable to explore this beautiful area further

All Pricing is for apartment based on 4 people sharing. Weekly price is for a 5-7 night stay.
Any additional nights added thereafter charged at £40/£50 per night (dependant upon season)
A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid to secure booking.
A cleaning charge of 40/50 euro is required upon your arrival at exchange of keys.
A coin meter is provided for any excess of electric used but electric is provided based on fare usage during your stay.

Changeover Days:
Flexible unless changeover day falls on the same day then you must depart by 11am that day. Arrival time not before 3pm. We will inform you if this occurs.

SHORT TERM WINTER RENTALS AVAILABLE - Please contact owners for prices/terms.
Airport pickup/drop-off can be arranged.
Smoking only allowed outside on the patio areas.
Please check availability before booking your flights.

Guests are advised to arrange their own travel/personal injury insurance as no liability will be held/accepted by the owners for any loss/damage/theft of personal property or personal injury for any guests staying at the property during their duration. Booking of the property agrees all charges/terms above.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure booking. Balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable security/damage deposit.(Refunded within 1 week of departure subject to satisfactory apartment inspection). All payments in sterling and made by direct bank transfer and must be cleared in bank before arrival.
Prices/Terms differ for Short Term Winter Rentals.

Facilities

From the Owner

We have a large villa which accommodates a separate fully furnished self contained holiday apartment downstairs. This gives us the benefit of meeting different people but we also appreciate your privacy when holidaying here to enjoy without any interference. The views are spectacular, especially from our solarium. The residents are all really friendly and its in a peaceful location but still within walking distances to the local amenities. We are still exploring/learning about Spain ourselves and most of the time we are on hand so we will do our upmost to help with any information you require during your stay here.
