There is a patio with BarBQ at the rear of the property. A parking space for a maximum of two cars is designated outside the front garden gate. There is a good shop that provides everyday requirements nearby and a post office and larger shop is ten minutes’ walk away. The village of St Merryn - only two miles away - has some good shops and take aways. There is a Tesco at Padstow and Wadebridge. Dogs are welcome so long as they do not get on the furniture or beds.
