Large secluded villa situated on its own large (1 acre) private plot just a 10 minute walk from the beach is ideal for family holidays or golfers. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens with lawns and tropical plants, the house has a huge south facing terrace with plenty of shade, comfortable sun loungers and seating for alfresco dining. There's a large private pool, which can be fenced for child safety and has an easy access shallow end for children and elderly. Barbecue by the pool. Beaches, good value restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets are all nearby. Cot beds and high-chairs for infants available on request. Sun loungers, terraces, lawns, BBQ station, WIFI, Sat-TV, DVD, Nespresso machine, Ipod Sound System, washing machine, dish washer, safety deposit box. Partially air-conditioned, maid service included.

Just spent a wonderful 2 week family holiday in Carvoeiro. The house was lovely and just as described. Great pool area which the kids loved and one of the few we found in Carvoeiro that was fenced off for the safety of our little toddler. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds and overall the house was very well equipped. Lovely gardens and terraces and my husband just loved the BBQ station! The welcome pack with wine, tea, coffee etc. was an especially nice touch after a late flight arrival. Would recommend and consider returning.

Lovely family friendly villa

Loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The whole booking process was easy and transparent which gave us a good feeling and the holiday itself did not disappoint. The children really loved the private pool and playing football on the lawn whilst we enjoyed relaxing around the house and the stunning gardens. The villa was nicely furnished and very bright and airy. Nicely equipped kitchen although we ate out in may of the nice local restaurants most nights. Thank you again and hope to come back again in the future

The villa is near the beach and has partial sea views. The distance to the nearest beach, "Centianes" is 1km which is a 10-15 min walk. The beach in the village is a 15-20 min walk.

The villa is a 45 minute drive from FARO airport along the excellent A22 motorway. Car hire is not essential but recommended. We can help arrange car hire or private airport transfer.

Further Details:

There is a hypermarket a 2km / 5 minute drive away with a butcher, fishmonger and deli counter where you can stock up on anything you’ll need during your stay. The closest beach (Centianes) is a nice 10 minute walk or a short 2 minute drive. The bustling village of Carvoeiro with its plentiful shops and restaurants is also just a 15 mins walk. There is an excellent restaurant just 100 metres from the property.

  • Notes on accommodation: On the ground floor there are 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms, 2 twins and one triple (double bed + single + AC), built-in wardrobes. 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) with showers over baths, double basins, toilet and bidet. The master suite on the first floor is reached by its own staircase and benefits from a dual aspect of sea views and mountain views. This room gives access to a balcony with panoramic sea views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The extremely spacious L-shaped lounge is full of light, yet cool on hot days, and features an atrium garden and 6 French doors leading onto the terrace and the seaside garden area. The lounge is equipped with a huge wood burning fireplace and furnished with comfortable sofas and otherwise with genuine (Portuguese) antiques. There is a separate dining area. Just across the lounge is a separate guest W.C. Outside: The property benefits from a large private pool which is lit for late night swimming. There is an outside shower for after those days at the beach and there is a large barbecue station by the pool with everything you need for a big cook out! There are several large sunshades and plenty of sun loungers. The plot is fenced and gated, therefore safe for children and the swimming pool is also fenced. There is parking space for 2 to 3 cars on the driveway inside the gate. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, small ironing board Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen (but no beach towels) are included and changed weekly, there's maid service 3x per week. Other: The house is very light with the lounge area benefiting from an atrium garden
