Duplex house in Isla Blanca, San Miguel, Ibiza, Balearic Islands - On The Top Of The Cliff Hill Surrounded By Woodland, Quiet But Also Easily Accessible By Car

Inpayan is our spacious Duplex house in the beautiful quiet North West of Ibiza - ideal for all types of holidays. If you know Ibiza, then you will know that it is a small island with something for everyone, from the beauty of its countryside and beaches from families to the pure hedonistic pursuits. A mix of people and places where you can find peace, tranquillity wellness an alternative lifestyle to the ultra glamour and jet set to the clubbers and chilling out.

Our duplex is located near to San Miguel with its stand out church, where we are surrounded by woodland and overlooking the sea, all part of the Isla Blanca urbanisation amongst the woodland hill cliffs. Our duplex is at the highest point with panoramic sea views adjacent to the woods and overlooked by no one.

The duplex across 2 floors has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, plus a pull-out bed. The duplex is ideal for 5, 2 terraces overlooking the sea provide ample space for alfresco breakfast with the sunrise and dining or just relaxing with the sunset. A large community swimming pool is also available at all times, with views across to the sea.

In practical terms there is one bathroom with bath/ shower, 2 toilets. A washing machine and beach towels are available (so no need to worry about flight baggage limits). Wireless internet to keep connected and a TV with a blu-ray/ DVD player.

A car is an absolute must to discover Ibiza, and to arrive at the duplex. Locally there is a good restaurant that also acts as a supermarket Can Sulayetas, that is open most hours. In San Miquel there is also a very good supermarket. The nearest most well known beach is Benirras (8km), but Ibiza is about finding and going to different beaches or other places to visit. For those that like more of an adventure to to get to the secluded beach nearest the duplex then Es Portitxol is down the hill amongst the woodland. Getting back up though is another matter!

From the North of the island to the South only takes 45 mins with Ibiza airport to and from the duplex taking 30 to 35 mins. Likewise Ibiza town is 25 mins. Nothing is very far away!

I'm Belgian married to an English man so what a mix, just like Ibiza is full of all different types which is what we like. We have been visiting Ibiza for many years and from the very first visit we have always felt at home here, which is why we are planning our transition on retirement to live here permanently. With 3 grown children either in study or around the world we know that Ibiza will always be an attraction in itself to visit us.

Ibiza has various reputations, but our duplex in the quiet NW provides the ideal place to discover the real Ibiza which we want people to discover.

Why Sylvie-Anne Tyberghein-Burrows chose Sant Joan de Labritja

After visiting for many years, whilst also being fortunate to travel to many places around the world we always had the feeling of being at home in Ibiza. After staying in the duplex a couple times in for us the best area of Ibiza, we had the opportunity to buy it which we have done recently and following a renovation now offer it for rental when we can't be there ourselves.

What makes this house unique

The whole NW Ibiza with its natural beauty of woodlands and cliffs overlooking the sea provides its own backdrop to exploring the whole island. The duplex is basic, but is spacious and has a dominating view from its terraces. The whole community of Isla Blanca is built into the wooded cliff- lands, but our duplex at the highest point is not overlooked by anyone, has the sea views and is adjacent to protected woods.

So with a car Ibiza is there to explore or by foot with cliff woodland walks.

In Ibiza we live our dreams....

What a view!

Exactly as advertised - we enjoyed a brief, but lovely stay. The duplex is in the northern part of the island - about 30 minutes from the airport - with fabulous views from the balconies. It is well-maintained and was equipped with everything we could need. Quiet, relaxing, and close to lovely little towns and beautiful beaches. The owners were easy & friendly to communicate with. Coordinating the key exchange was easy, and Judith was full of good recommendations for where to eat, beaches to see, and things to do. The pool looked lovely, but we didn't have time to try it out. Would definitely book again if I ever find myself back on Ibiza.

Quiet and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay at Sylvie-Anne and Andrew's house. It's in the northern part of the island... quiet, relaxing, and close to some beautiful coves. We loved the balcony - perfect spot for breakfast with a view! The house was pretty cold at night, but there are space heaters that heat up quite fast and work well. Coordinating the key exchange was easy, and Ramiro was full of good recommendations for where to eat and beaches to see. Thank you for a great stay!

Charming well equipped apartment

Lovely apartment, clean, we'll equipped, great views & quiet. We had a lovely time exploring the island from the apartment. The owners were easy & friendly to communicate with & easy for key pick up. The pool is a good size but sadly in October it was a little chilly for use.

Lovely house, beautiful view

This is a lovely, well maintained house, equipped with everything we needed and more! The attention to detail by the owners is second to none. The location is ideal to explore the north of the island with its lovely little towns and beautiful beaches. We would definitely rent this property again.

Ibiza is a small Island and everything can be easily reached by car, so it's all about exploring the best places that suit you. The well known Benirras beach is 8km away, but equally the beaches on the South coast are only 45mins away. The most idyllic beach (stones) is Portixol a 40 min walk from us and is not accessible by car - it takes longer to come back as the walk is up the cliff hill.


Ibiza airport and ferry terminals are 30 to 35 mins drive away and a car is essential.


Nearest village is San Miguel, by car is 7 minutes. Ibiza town is 25 minutes.

Further Details:

Nearest bar restaurant is 3 mins away by car, with the better restaurant and also for getting provisions at all hours is Can Sulayetas about 5 minutes . San Miguel is 7 minutes away with banks, bars /restaurants, pharmacy and a newsagent.

Santa Gertrudis is 14 minutes drive, which has an array of wine bars, restaurants and shops.

Booking Notes:
On booking we request a 30% deposit by bank transfer or PayPal. The balance to be paid 1 month for weekly rentals or 2 weeks prior for 2 nightly rentals.
A refundable deposit of 300€ is also requested.

If you cancel your booking 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation, 45-15 days before arrival 80% of the deposit payment will be lost. In case of cancellation 15 days, or less, before arrival 100% of the 1st payment deposit will be incurred.

Changeover Day:
Preferably Saturday's, but we can be flexible on this including on timings.

Notes on prices:
2 week+ reservations (14 nights) will receive a 10% discount. 4 week+ reservations will receive a 15% discount.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
