Beautiful traditional house, recently refurnished with all modern facilities and Air condition Located next to the market of Sóller. Cafes and Restaurants are close to the House.

This villa has 1 Double room with twin beds, 3 double room with queen size beds 4 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet by the pool, barbecue and fantastic views of the Tramontana mountain range. Parking inside the house for 2 spaces.

This house is perfect for people who want to be in the center of Soller and have at the same time their privacy with their own pool. Next to the house there is the tram stop of the famous Soller Tram that brings you to the beach.

Perfecft town villa in citycenter

Perfect big and modern town Villa. Direct at tram Station. Shopping, bakery and Restaurants in Walking distance. 5 big bathrooms, severel different rooms, 2 dishes outside for 10 People. Tram to the beach. beautiful view to the montain. Pool, not big, but o.k. for beiing in town. No car necessary. Good Service with help. well maintained, very clean, full equipped in the kitchen, we can recommand to everyone, First Tapas Restaurant in town for lunch and dinner CA'N PINTXO, lunch at the beach RADNEMAR, dinner at the beach ES PASSEIG, dinner in Söller CA'N BOQUETA, order the taxi in the Restaurant for going home, Transfer can be organised from the Management from and to Palma.

Superb Time, thanks!

This is a lovely house set in an ideal location. Anna & Marie were excellent from the moment we made the booking up until we left. The house is very large & well kept, on the odd occasion we had an issue with the electrics but this was rectified promptly by giving Marie & call & an electrician coming out almost immediately. This is a huge old house so the odd issue can be expected but it's the way the girls manage any problem that can't be faulted.

The house has a nice pool with sunshine in the garden all day, the tram stops outside for a trip to the port or its only a 40min stroll.... Restaurants in both Soller & the port are also excellent.

All in all a great holiday in an excellent location & house managed by caring & efficient people.

We will be back & do recommend this property to anyone else, especially large groups as there is plenty of space!

Central House with beautiful Style

Beautiful spanish house with great location . We stayed with our family in the beginning of October and had a great week! The house has plenty of space for 8 people and the outside area was well used by nice barbecue evenings. A car is not necessary due to the central location of the House - the main square with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes is just 1min walk away.

We highly recommend to visit the big Saturday market and also a ride on the famous tram to Port de Sóller was a nice trip for the whole family. Both things are just a few meters from the house.

It was all around a very nice holiday in a very clean and stylish home with a dream location !

Character house in great location

Main house is set well back from main road and tram track.It is noisy between about 0800 and 1800 but didn,t spoil our enjoyment.Everything is literally on your doorstep and there is no need to drive anywhere if you want to stay put and enjoy the town.Although there are 4 shower rooms only 2 are en suite and it is a trek from the other bedrooms to their shower rooms.House is very new to market and I think there are still a number of improvements required to justify rental price.We had electrical problems and no hot water for 1 day, coat hooks and proper towel rails missing from shower rooms, shelves to put toiletries on missing, wardrobe doors squeaking and some bedroom doors difficult to lock.Comment from previous reviewer still relevant.Agents were helpful but these things should have been sorted by , professional agents, before tenants occupy!they did do some of the jobs but many still need doing.They only supply one set of linen for a week and I would normally expect at least a towel change after 3 or 4 days! If they put all these things right it is a delightful property?One final thing there are 2 parking spaces but they will sensibly only fit small/medium cars and you have to mount a kerb which could cause damage to the car particularly if loaded.I think the management of this prperty should be better

Very nice old villa and new pool.

Very satisfied - the house was very clean throughout and the kitchen adequately equipped with all new appliances. Would benefit having more information on the property, local area history and recommended activities, restaurants etc. The tram stop directly outside delivering the day trippers to and from the port adds to the charm but may be a disturbance for some!
