This villa has at the first floor 1 Double room with twin beds, 1 double room with queen size bed 2 bathrooms, on the second floor 1 twin bed room, 1 bedrooms with double bed and 1 en suite bedroom with twin beds,2 bathrooms
1 separate toilet by the pool, barbecue and fantastic views of the Tramontana mountain range. Parking inside the house for 2 spaces.

Perfect location and lovely outdoor area

Unique townhouse right in the centre of Soller. We really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful private outdoor garden with a swimming pool and dining area. The decor in the bedrooms and living room is a bit outdated but we didn’t spend much time inside so it didn’t matter. Plenty of bathrooms - modern and clean. The wifi only works in one room at the front of the house. There is an amazing restaurant 30 seconds walk from the house called Ca'n Pintxo which we would highly recommend! All in all we would come back again!

Beautiful house in the centre of Soller

We had such a gorgeous time staying at this property. The house itself is fabulous, especially if you like traditional, antique, ornate and grand style. It's in the middle of Soller, right by the main square and next to the tram stop. It was perfect for a family stay (we had a 6 and 3 yo with us), so easy to get around town and down to the beach at Port Soller. I would maybe say if you had younger children that the stairs (there are lots of them and all tiled) might be an issue. Ann was super helpful and responsive, and we had a beautiful and memorable stay here and would certainly return. There is parking for one car here, the only thing to flag is that you'll need to move your car prior to Saturday morning (market day - right outside!), but there are several car parks nearby to use. The pool is a good size for a town house. There are good laundry facilities and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need.

Anna our host was wonderful she was able to help us locate the property and assisted when we needed support. The property was clean and in an amazing location for Soller town and the port. It has amazing character. Lots of towels and basics were already in the house. There is lots of bedroom space and wardrobes. Great utility spaces for washing (young family!) Aircon in bedrooms was great! Pool was kept clean every few days. Very convenient for groceries, local fresh pastries in the morning and coffee. My only feedback was arrival and checkin on Saturday clashes with Soller market which could be explained prior to check in as it can make arrival and departure a little complicated due to the market being outside the properties gates. We had to move the car the night before and take our luggage in the morning. As long as you know this you can manage it. It’s only really when you have young children or several children this can be tricky. But the location is worth the extra planning. Very convenient car parking (rare in Soller) Most cars will fit the space but not a people carrier if you have a large family. Thankyou to Anna once again!

Week in Soller

The home is as advertised. It was very comfortable and spacious for our group. We spent much of our time outdoors in the area next to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The most beautiful room in the house, the sitting room on the second floor, is a quiet place to relax . The location in the center of town was perfect for our needs. The swimming pool was lovely, and the perfect water temperature. We also were grateful for the air-conditioning in the bedrooms as it gets quite warm in July. Anna was very quick to answer our questions for minor issues that came up. As there are two parking spots, I would suggest there be two sets of keys with a remote to open the gate, rather than the one provided.
