The cottage boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It also has the added benefit of a separate utility area. Upstairs has been finished and furnished to the same high standard and includes two large bedrooms an ensuite and separate shower room. To the front of the properties there lies a south easterly facing garden area and patio. Perfect for summer evenings. The cottage is centrally located within the popular seaside village of Overstrand and features 2 private parking spaces.

We had a fantastic Easter Week at the property. My family and I were very impressed with the standard and quality of the cottage and it's furnishings. The cottage is very luxurious and the perfect haven to spend a week. The location is ideal as the beach is such a short walk from the cottage and my kids loved the fact that they could actually see the sea from the bedroom window. I would highly recommend this cottage and will definitely be booking up again soon for later in the year.

Overstrand beach is about 400m and a 5 minute walk from the property. A beautiful sandy beach perfect for sandcastles and beach walks. You can walk from Overstand to the neighbouring seaside towns of Cromer and Mundesley.

Changeover day is Saturday. Please vacate by 10am and arrival after 3pm.

Notes on prices:
Short breaks out of main season May, June, September, October and November. Minimum 3 nights priced at 60% of the weekly rental.
