Situated on the outskirts of Moraira on what is probably the best urbanisation in the area. The huge swimming pool also has a childrens section and provides parasols for shade. There is a lifeguard on duty during the summer months. Suitable for all ages the urbanisation offers something for everyone with the bar/restaurant being a focal point for gatherings of many nationalities. The upmarket town of Moraira is only 5 mins away by car or local taxi. With its 3 blue flag beaches, all with lifeguards during the summer, and amazing ambience it is family friendly and a hidden gem amongst the costas being of particular benefit in the winter for those with arthritis and chest problems due to its renowned 'micro climate'.

every Friday there is a large market where you can purchase everything from local crafts to locally produced fruit and vegetables. There is also a night market held during the summer months. Benitachell and Teulada are also only a few minutes away and offer more traditional tappas bars and alternative shopping. Other places of interest within only a short distance are the quaint fishing town of Altea, the Jalon valley, ideal for walking and cycling as well as famous for its weekly 'rastro', together with Calpe, Javea and Denia. With 4 golf courses in the area, the nearest only 5 mins away. This is one of the most beautiful areas of Spain to visit and with easy access to both Alicante and Valencia airports a real must.

Having owned our home on Pueblo Alcasar for the last 12 years we couldn't think of a better place to have a holiday let. Both myself and husband are in our late 50's and hope you think the property has been renovated to a standard which provides a comfortable base for your well earned holiday. Please feel free to ask any questions. I myself worked in the retail travel business for over 38 years and hope I have put that knowledge to good use when choosing this as our retirement destination and your holiday venue.

Why sonia cutts chose Benitachell / El Poble Nou de Benitatxell

Pueblo Alcasar is an award winning urbanization with a mixture of apartments, town houses and villas. Built in traditional Spanish village style it is probably the best complex in the area with a huge freeform swimming pool, tennis courts, football courts and excellent bar and restaurant. Only a few minutes walk from local bars, shops and 2 supermarkets. The upmarket town of Moraira is less than 5 mins by car but for anyone wanting a walk can be done in 25 to 30 mins.

What makes this villa unique

The huge swimming pool and amazing views. A truly relaxing place but with the hidden gem of Moraira on your doorstep. the property has central heating and a log burner making it suitable for winter rentals. Although not totally wheelchair friendly the property is suitable for the less mobile. Having a disabled granddaughter we are very aware of the needs of people with limited mobility. Portable ramps, shower chair and toilet frame are also available. Air Conditioning in Bedrooms as well as several free standing fans.

Absolutely fantastic right from initial enquiry

Out family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children ages 5,9 &13) all had a wonderful time at Casa Sonia.

When I initially enquired about the villa Sonia was more than happy to answer numerous questions we had, this been our first annual holiday in a villa. She also sorted car hire for us and offered to and did us a food shop as we arrived late. We really couldn't of asked for more.

The property was very clean and welcoming and met our needs prefectly with "home from home" essentials. We loved the generously sized pool and it's location was great!

We did eat at the restaurant on site and the service was good, as was the food.

Although you are able to walk to the great value supermarkets I would recommend a car, it would be a shame not to explore the beautiful area. We discovered some great beaches and drove through beautiful scenery.

We definitely want to return to this area soon.

Clean spacious and very well presented

We had a lovely time at casa sonia. The apartment was spacious, well kept and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Sonia was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after...the communal pool is really special, with a bar and children's play area too...we will definitely be returning..Thankyou

Lovely linked villa, brilliant bathrooms

The owner, Sonia, is lovely. Good communication and answered emails quickly also greeted us when we arrived which was great. We stayed here, family of four, two teenage boys. Plenty of room, really clean and well fitted. The shower room and bathroom have been re-furnished recently and were superb. Added extras were greatly received for example, liquid soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, washing powder etc. Also both bathroom and pool towels. The pool is just a 2 minute walk. A car is needed but it is a lovely spot to come back to after exploring the area. Look forward to returning.

Nous avons loué pour 15 jours chez Sonia; belle villa, pratique, avec une belle salle de bain, deux salons de jardin...Sonia est très accueillante, les draps et serviettes sont changés rapidement, dommage qu'il n'y est pas de climatisation pour la chaleur de l Espagne.pour dormir.
