Access to good bus routes and railway station. Saundersfoot is a lovely Welsh coastal village with beautiful beaches, picturesque harbour and a fantastic choice of shops and restaurants. It's a popular destination for sailing, fishing, water sports and traditional seaside holidays. The famous walled town of Tenby is only 2 miles away with its abundance of restaurants and traditional pubs. A day trip by boat from Tenby to Caldey Island is an experience not to be missed. There are many fantastic tourist attractions for both young and old within easy reach; as well as golf, tennis, bowling and surfing.

Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement at an additional cost of £20 but must be restricted to the ground floor and garden area. Unallocated parking on the road to the front of the property, also parking to the side of the property in front of the garage door. Lovely property in a great location

The property was very clean and beautifully presented. It was very well equipped and in a great location, just on the outskirts of Saundersfoot. The owner was very helpful before we booked and provided information on the area. Would recommend this property for families wanting a lovely base to explore the area.

Ideal location for saundersfoot & Tenby

Lovely house very homely. Just a few issues , certain things maybe need updating e.g. double mattress's in the bedrooms (especially king size bed) Carpet on stairs wearing thin you can feel grippers underneath this was a small issue as we have a crawling baby . The house was clean but could have been better windows needed cleaning & sills blinds dusty plus banister on the stairs & not ideal having to clean the high chair from the garage,if you know a baby is staying have it readily available. Overall nice & relaxing place to stay .

Brilliant!! It was a home from home.

Fantastic!! The house is lovely and has everything you could ever need at the seaside. The house is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back and recommending it to all of our friends and family. Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Having spent many family holidays in Saundersfoot it was lovely to share with my own children what Tenby and Saundersfoot have to offer with all the brilliant beaches and rock pools. Barafundle Bay is a must if you get chance and a bit further along the coast is freshwater west which is brilliant for surfers and where part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was filmed.

Fab Place Fab Location

Just returned after a great family holiday..myself,wife,2 boys ( 11 & 5 ) and wifes mum.

From start to finish everything was so easy, initial booking,payment and checking in/out.

Nicky and Tim think of everything and nothing was to much trouble.

Location couldn't be better,literally 1 minute in the car down the hill to Saundersfoots great beach.If wanted though you could easy walk it in 10 mins.

Everything you could think of was catered for, from wet suits and boogie boards for the boys( which they loved ) to a lovely welcome pack on arrival.

Overall accommodation was excellent and very clean.

If you are looking for a great place to stay that's close to the beach then look no further than here, as we can all highly recommend this house to stay...you won't be disappointed.

Stunning house very close to ammenities and beach

What a lovely place to stay the house is bright and clean , More than enough room for 4 adults and child .Upon arrival we were met by the owners who were so helpful friendly , Cant recommend this place enough , you are 15 minutes stroll from the main centre of Saundersfoot which has lovely pubs all of which are good value for money average 12 per head , 5 mins drive from beaches , (coppet house beach is best) .

This property offers great value for money and in my opinion the owners should charge more , ABSOLUTELY STUNNING PROPERTY , thanks for a great holiday

Please email or telephone for availability, and for a booking form. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival date. Holidays booked within 6 weeks of arrival date must be paid for in full at time of booking.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. The house is available from 3pm on the first day of your stay until 10am on the morning of departure.

Notes on prices:
Please note that we do not offer cancellation insurance, however, should you not be able to take the holiday that you have booked and paid for, we will be happy to transfer the payment to an alternative date wherever possible.

We normally prefer a minimum of 7 nights per booking, but if it is off season or over Christmas and New Year please contact us regarding shorter bookings.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
