9 Royal Victoria Court is situated on the first floor of a large Georgian house. A short stroll from the pretty harbour and beach and within easy walking distance (approximately 300 metres) of Tenby's three other beautiful beaches. High speed Broadband. Communal stairs or the lift lead up to this modern apartment which has been finished to a high 4 star standard and has many of the modern conveniences of home and a pleasant retreat to relax in after a busy day exploring Pembrokeshire. Located at the top of Crackwell Street just yards from the centre of town with its variety of shops restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars. Rent inclusive of electricity and central heating. Duvets and bed linen provided. PLEASE NOTE - No Smoking. No Pets. Monday & Friday Changeover. 3pm Takeover. 10am Checkout.

Due to our central location within the historic town walls there is no parking outside the apartment (drop off only) and during the high season (July and August) there is restricted access due to pedestrianisation between the hours of 9.30 am and 5.30 pm. However there are a number of car parks nearby the nearest being 400 metres or a 5 minute short walk. Further details can be given on application.

About Karen Baxter

We are a couple of a certain age, 2 grown up children and 3 grandchildren. We grew up in South Wales and currently live 8 miles from the Brecon Beacons National Park. We have holidayed in West Wales for over 30 years, as a young family and now we enjoy the relaxation and beautiful scenery of the coastal path walks.

We both have full-time occupations.

A trip to Tenby has always been a seaside joy. It's mixture of old-fashioned charm and modern facilities provide both us and now our grandchildren with all that we need for a great holiday break. Royal Victoria Court is classic Tenby - a lovely building in the heart of Tenby Wall. The picturesque beaches are a delight and you are never more than a few steps away from the bustling restaurants and cafes in the town.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in the best part of town near the best coffee shop, restaurants and shops and and just outside your door is the Waterfront

You will not need a vehicle, all amenities within walking distance and public transport available to travel further afield.

Excellent standard of accommodation. Perfectly located for town centre, beach and parking.

Couldn’t wish for a better location for a stay in Tenby. Only minutes from all the local shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the fabulous beaches.

The apartment would suit all. Access is convenient and straightforward.

All mod cons you could wish for. Very comfortable beds and lounge area. Well appointed kitchen with all the necessary utensils, cutlery & crocery etc

All in all a highly recommended apartment for any length of stay.

Hope to return in the near future.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location!

We really thought this place was too good to be true! It was so easy to book, Karen & Dave were great at getting back to us with advise on the local area. Checking in was the easiest experience I've ever had and the apartment is beautiful! It was perfect for our family 2 plus 2 children 10 yrs & 8 months. The apartment has everything you could need including baby equipment so no need to pack the travel cot. The location is stunning - so close to loads of amazing beaches and right in the heart of a lovely old walled town. I would definitely recommend this place - book it straight away! We'll be back.

Spotlessly clean & superb central location!!

Myself and my partner regularly visit Tenby but it was our first time at this apartment, and we will be back. On arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. The apartment was modern, very well equipped and the owners were extremely helpful.

The apartment is situated within the town but without the noise. Car park was a few minutes walk away but we were able to drop off and pick up our bags directly outside the building, and there is a lift inside which is handy for disabled or prams. The walk from the carpark is great for those who would like to familiarise themselves with Tenby if you haven't been before.

Would highly recommend to our friends and family and can't wait to come back. Thank you.
