From the moment we receive your initial enquiry to the moment you depart (after hopefully a thoroughly enjoyable stay), we are only ever a click or call away. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours and answer calls on a daily basis in our dedicated office.

Lovely and Clean, Cosy, fantastic views

Love the area, the property is clean and well looked after, very modern with everything we needed in the property.

Views are stunning!!

We had a lovely new year in the property and would definitely go back again.

The agent managing the property were very helpful and returned damage bond in perfect timing.

Don't have a bad word to say about the place!

A Lovely Peaceful and Relaxing Break

I say that but I foolishly brought my four children with me, doh

I could not believe my luck when I saw this cottage and booked it immediately for the last week of the kids holidays. The house is well maintained to a high standard everything you could need is supplied in fact probably the best holiday let I have ever been to and I have been to a lot.

Great location with sea views and just five of your Earth minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach, which even in high season never got really busy. One day there was even waves big enough for a bit of body surfing the girls 9 and 10 went mad for, this does involves me catching the wave for them they then surf said wave into the beach looking cool whilst Daddy invariably gets wiped out.

Lots to do in the local area should you wish, but to be honest we had the weather for the beach with only one slightly dubious day so that is where we spent the majority of our time. Really great to be so close as it allows for an early start and then the chance to come back to the cottage for some lunch and rest at then back out until 5 or 6pm.

If I had the funds I would be back for half term, with my wetsuit this time.

Everything you could have wanted and more

We headed to Primrose Valley for the location and the surrounding area. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the property and the sea can been seen from the dining table which is fantastic, particularly for sun rise and sun set.

Unfortunately our 2 year old was under the weather for the whole trip and so ventures out were brief and limited to the beach and trips to Scarborough promenade and Sea Life Center. We ended up spending more time inside than anticipated however the property had everything you could need. From the bbq, kitchen utensils and tv's in every room. It has had an extensive makeover as was as new.

We couldn't have asked for more and will certainly be returning.

Absolutely wonderful

We were really taken aback how lovely this property is- the photos really don't do it justice. Everything has been done to a very high standard - it's the best self-catering accommodation we've stayed in and the kitchen in particular is very well equipped. The views from the dining table are wonderful- so lovely to be able to sit and look at the sea while eating breakfast. Great to have a proper garden too and the little summer house outside was a really nice surprise. We're definitely going back!

Coast/Beach:

Primrose Valley beach is 10 minutes walk from the property. There are no facilities on the beach. Filey is 2 miles away and the beach there has all the seafront facilities you may require. There is a 5 mile stretch of beach that runs from Filey past Primrose Valley and beyond. Plenty of space if you want to be peaceful. Surfing is good on this coast.

Travel:

Filey is the nearest main town with bus and rail links. The bus does stop on the main road just outside Primrose Valley.

Distances:

A short drive leads to the heart of the seaside town of Filey with its 5-mile stretch of award-winning sandy beach. Hunmanby Gap, one of the East Coast's best kept secrets, has rock pools and fossil hunting. Scarbrough, Bridlington and Flamborough are easily accessible. Coastal and countryside walks surround the area, from energetic walks to leisurely strolls; cycle trails and tracks and the Cleveland Way and Wolds Way offer unrivalled distance walks.

Further Details:

There is a supermarket, cash point, hairdressers, pubs, takeaways, leisure centre, cafe and doctors in Hunmanby. Filey offers more facilities which include the beach, shops, cafes, amusement arcades, restaurants and banks. Scarborough and Bridlington are the larger towns that have the larger retail stores and swimming pools.
