Peaceful location, approx.10 mins walk to Moraira Centre and Blue Flag Beaches.

Lovely 3 bedroom villa with Air conditioning in all rooms. The upper floor has a good size lounge with L shaped sofa, gas fire, WiFi internet and English TV channels (plus films and sport channels via internet). the lounge leads out to a large balcony which is part covered for shade and furnished with dining table and chairs and sofas., There are two furnished bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet and wash basin, There is a double bedroom and large shower room on the lower floor. There private pool is a good size and there is a separate jacuzzi. Lovely gardens with fruit trees, generous outdoor space with a covered terrace, patios and BBQ area. Situated 10 minutes walk to the town center of Moraira and beach. A car is not necessary.

Comfy beds, BBQ, Jacuzzi, pool, TV. Great location, just 10-15 min walk to town, market near by on a Friday. What more do you need?

Moraira is a lovely town with great restaurants.

Owners were very helpful and turn up whenever you need them!

Location of the villa is ideal, a 10 min walk to the town and beach, There is a really nice restaurant 3 min walk from the villa serving good food and drinks . Chris and Hans are a phone call away if you have any problems ,the villa is very clean and well equipped should you wish to eat in. The outside area furniture is looking a little tired , but I think this is work in progress to improve this villa for future guests I would not hesitate to book with Chris and Hans again many thanks Pete and family

Beautiful property, conveniently situated

Superb villa for outdoor living. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather in March even if it was too chilly for swimming. Unfortunately we did not realise the ac units were also heaters so were a little chilly in the bedrooms. The villa is in a quiet spot with good access to shops and the beach.

We had a fabulous 5 weeks at Lis Pinos .family and friends visited and loved it . The owners Christine and Hans couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable... Even setting up sky and water softener whilst we we were there!!!. The villa was so handy for the walk to town... We loved Moraira so much after our stay we are moving there!!!😜😜😜😎😎😎

We bought the villa because it is only 10 minutes walk to the town and beach and it has a really nice feel to the place. I particularly love the Jacuzzi to relax in. Moraira is such a fantastic place to stay with its boutique restaurants, bars and lovely Blue flag beaches and it is a great place to enjoy and relax both day and night and has such a lot to offer both couples and families alike.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

There is a lot to do in Moraira and there should be something for everyone. If you contact us in advance we may be able to make arrangements for any special interests or activities for you. For example: golf, horse-riding, scuba diving (P.A.D.I.), tennis, dancing, Spanish lessons and lots more.


The Blue Flag sandy beach is approx. 7 minutes drive by car. The main beach has wheelchair access and there is a 2nd beach near by. Both beaches are patrolled during the summer months and are child - friendly, as they slope away very gently.


Approx. 1 hour drive from Alicante airport and 1.5 hours from Valencia airport.


Benidorm theme parks are approx 40 mins by car: Terra Mittica (theme park), Mundo Mar (Sea World), Aqualandia (water park for all ages), Terra Natura (zoo). Approx. driving times to nearby towns: Teulada 10 mins, Benissa 15 mins, Javea 20 mins, Calpe 20 mins, Benidorm 35 mins, and Denia 40 mins.

Further Details:

In peak season you can enjoy horse riding, hiking, water sports (scuba diving-jet ski hire, fishing), Go-Karting, cycle hire, tennis, mini golf and much more. Take a train from Teulada (10 minutes' drive) and spend glorious days at Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park, Mundo Mar (Sea World), Aqualandia (Water Park) and Terra Natura (zoo). Trains travel along the coast from Benidorm to Denia, so check the internet for all the other attractions on offer. For touring by car, there's Javea, Oliva and Valencia to the north, inland, the beautiful Jalon Valley - famous for its wine and almond blossom - and to the south, Benissa and Calpe as well as Benidorm. Or, closer to home, enjoy the nightlife and resort amenities in Moraira, where there's an abundance of restaurants offering international cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Indian, Spanish, Belgian, German, Chinese, Japanese and English, plus restaurants specialising in tapas or the wonderful local fresh fish. There's a fabulous choice of cocktail bars, nightclubs and pubs, too. And when you want a quiet evening at home, the great fast food takeaways include paellas, pizzas, fish and chips or barbecued chicken. You'll find all your favourite groceries in the many modern supermarkets, and Moraira's weekly market - not to be missed - is on Friday morning. You'll be thrilled at the enormous selection of local fruit, veg, meats, and cheese. And you may be tempted, too, by fabulous belts and handbags, hats, pottery, artisan jewellery, toys and much more. There is also an excellent bodega (wine store) on the corner of Teulada High Street and the Andrago.

Booking Notes:
I will forward you the full details of the booking procedures: in general a deposit of 30% or a minimum of £500 is to be paid to reserve the booking with the balance due no less than 10 weeks before the rental proceeds. Summer rentals: a security deposit of £300 is to be paid - Winter long term rentals a security deposit of £500 in advance and is refundable after departure.

Changeover Day:
Arrival and departure date/times can be flexible but Saturday is the preferred changeover day with a standard departure time of 10.00 am and an arrival time of 4.00 pm to permit cleaning prior to arrival.

Notes on prices:
N.B.Guests who stay during the summer season receive 200 kW/h electricity free per week which is adequate for a villa this size, (if you use more due to excessive use of air conditioning) you will be charged. Off season on the low weekly rate is based on two people staying (there is an additional charge of £50 per additional guest. Special 28 days/, long term rates and mid season guests also pay for electricity, gas and water used plus tax. Monthly/winter and weekly rental rates include pool cleaning, gardening, service fees. Prices include bed linen and towels. Additional pool/beach towels can be provided for £4 per person per week or you may bring your own. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
