Lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with large private pool all on the one level and there is a Large Roof Terrace above. The villa has WiFi internet, English Satelite TV and DVD player, One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with large shower, There is a through lounge with good sized modern fitted kitchen which leads to the covered terraces which has comfortable seating and formal dining suite which seats 8 people. There is a large private pool and BBQ area with table and benches. Sun loungers for all and the large roof terrace is furnished so that you can enjoy a drink/meal in the evenings or just sit and relax. Good outdoor lighting for the evenings and a great outdoor space with fruit trees to the front and side of the property. Quietly situated and approx. 10 minutes drive to the town center of Moraira and beach. It is a fantastic place to stay and we welcome pets. About Christine Greenwood

I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren and we love the villa and Moraira, it is so nice here with lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sun and climate all year round. Our children and grand children love spending time here and we have such good fun together.

Why Christine Greenwood chose Moraira

We bought the villa because of it's location, and we fell in love with the villa as it is all on one level and the outdoor space is very social, we love the roof terrace in the evenings and the covered terrace during the day time. Moraira is a great place and has approx. 100 restaurants/cafe bars and there is always plenty to do. There is a local Friday market where you can buy most things i.e. fresh fruit/ veg/ nuts /spices, gifts, clothes, leather ware etc and there is a fair ground for children. One can use the local transport, bus, train or little train that goes through the town and along the beach. There is something for everyone, there are tennis courts, horse riding, scuba diving etc. You will love it.

What makes this villa unique

The property is set in a good location in a quiet private location, approx.8 minutes drive to the town and beach and it is in a quiet cul de sac. It has a very nice feel about it and we love to chill out with friends and family. There are views of the vineyards and town.

A Fantastic Place To STay

Four of us based ourselves at this wonderful villa for a golfing holiday at the beginning of October. It was the most perfect place. The villa is in a quiet cul de sac. There is no noise pollution, no traffic, no noisy neighbours and is a only a short drive / taxi ride to town, costing between eight and ten euro's.

The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool is a decent size and the large pool-side area a delight....especially the roof terrace. Wi-Fi access meant we had easy access the internet

We also made good use of the BBQ, and discovered many very decent restaurants in Moraira.

Christine's was a pleasure to deal with. Her description of the villa is spot on, it is a fantastic place to spend a holiday.

Great villa

We spent a fabulous 5 months in this villa situated in a quiet location and within walking distance to the town/beach.

Great outside areas to sit relax and eat plus lovely private garden, pool and bar-b-que.

Well equipped with everything needed.

You were a wonderful host Christine nothing was to much trouble and we look forward to seeing you again this winter.

So relaxing-didn't want to leave

We have had two great holidays this year in Moraira and this villa is set in a good location in a quiet cul de sac, it has a large pool and lovely BBQ area.There is a nice roof terrace which we used in the evenings and two lovely covered terraces to relax and chill out in during the day. The villa is all on one level so it was ideal for the children and it is modern bright and airy. It has a lovely through lounge with a modern kitchen and the bedrooms were comfortable too, we could not have wished for more. Everything was well maintained and immaculate and the owner Christine was very helpful, we will be back for sure. Thanks Chris.22 April 2016

Great villa, fantastic place to stay

We have been coming to Moraira for a few years and this is one of the nicest villas that we have stayed in we practically lived outside using the BBQ area and the terraces were great for the day and the evenings. The pool is large and the villa is modern and comfortable and it was great to have our own lemons fresh from the trees. The gin and tonics went down well, thanks again Chris for your help and support, we will be coming back again and we will recommend it to our family and friends.

Location

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:

Towels and bed linen are provided and a weekly changeover of linen will take place for summer guests who stay two weeks or longer. Winter guests/special deals will launder own linen. The property will be fully cleaned prior to each rental.

Special interest holidays:

There is a lot to do in Moraira and there should be something for everyone. If you contact us in advance we may be able to make arrangements for any special interests or activities for you. For example: golf, horse-riding, scuba diving (P.A.D.I.), tennis, dancing, Spanish lessons and lots more.

Coast/Beach:

The Blue Flag sandy beach is approx. 5 minutes drive by car. The main beach has wheelchair access and there is a 2nd beach near by. Both beaches are patrolled during the summer months and are child - friendly, as they slope away very gently. There is also small beaches scattered along the coast line.

Travel:

Approx. 1 hour drive from Alicante airport and 1.5 hours from Valencia airport.

Distances:

Benidorm theme parks are approx 40 mins by car: Terra Mittica (theme park), Mundo Mar (Sea World), Aqualandia (water park for all ages), Terra Natura (zoo). Approx. driving times to nearby towns: Teulada 10 mins, Benissa 15 mins, Javea 20 mins, Calpe 20 mins, Benidorm 35 mins, and Denia 40 mins.

Further Details:

In peak season you can enjoy horse riding, hiking, water sports (scuba diving-jet ski hire, fishing), Go-Karting, cycle hire, tennis, mini golf and much more. Take a train from Teulada (10 minutes' drive) and spend glorious days at Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park, Mundo Mar (Sea World), Aqualandia (Water Park) and Terra Natura (zoo). Trains travel along the coast from Benidorm to Denia, so check the internet for all the other attractions on offer. For touring by car, there's Javea, Oliva and Valencia to the north, inland, the beautiful Jalon Valley - famous for its wine and almond blossom - and to the south, Benissa and Calpe as well as Benidorm. Or, closer to home, enjoy the nightlife and resort amenities in Moraira, where there's an abundance of restaurants offering international cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Indian, Spanish, Belgian, German, Chinese, Japanese and English, plus restaurants specialising in tapas or the wonderful local fresh fish. There's a fabulous choice of cocktail bars, nightclubs and pubs, too. And when you want a quiet evening at home, the great fast food takeaways include paellas, pizzas, fish and chips or barbecued chicken. You'll find all your favourite groceries in the many modern supermarkets, and Moraira's weekly market - not to be missed - is on Friday morning. You'll be thrilled at the enormous selection of local fruit, veg, meats, and cheese. And you may be tempted, too, by fabulous belts and handbags, hats, pottery, artisan jewellery, toys and much more. There is also an excellent bodega (wine store) on the corner of Teulada High Street and the Andrago.

Booking Notes:
I will forward you the full details of the booking procedures: a deposit of 30% or a minimum of £500 is required to reserve the booking with the balance to be paid no less than 10 weeks before the rental proceeds. the preferred method for paying booking deposit is into my bank account, however you may pay via Pay Pal but you will be charged the fee for using this method. Summer lets: a security deposit of £300 is to be paid - Winter longer term lets a security deposit of £500 in advance and is refundable after departure. Longer term Winter rentals : pay two months in advance. Winter rentals (low price rates) will pay for the gas bottles requested, electric and water used.Saturday is the preferred arrival date.
Changeover Day:
Arrival and departure date/times can be flexible but Saturday is the preferred changeover day with a standard departure time of 10.00 am and an arrival time of 4.00 pm to permit cleaning prior to arrival.

Notes on prices:
N.B.Guests who stay during the summer season receive 200 kW/h electricity free per week which is adequate for a villa this size, (if you use more due to excessive usage e.g. leaving air conditioning, lights and electric fans on when not necessary) you will be charged.
Off season on the low weekly rate and special 28 days/, long term rates guests also pay for electricity, gas and water used plus tax. Monthly/winter and weekly rental rates include pool cleaning, gardening, service fees. Prices include bed linen and towels.
Additional pool/beach towels can be provided for £4 per person per week or you may bring your own as house towels are not allowed at the pool side as the chlorine ruins them. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
