Trecarne is a beautiful double fronted, 3 storey, Victorian house on possibly St Ives' most sought after terrace. It offers the perfect balance of central location with great views, a sense of space and 2 secure parking spaces.

All rooms are spacious and light and almost all have incredible views over St Ives town and the bay beyond.

There is underfloor heating on the ground floor along with a log fireplace which adds a lovely cosy feel.

Perfect Views!

Trecarne was perfect for our stay in St. Ives. The views from all the rooms located in the front of the house were spectacular. The house was comfortable and Sarah was a gem to work with when renting her home.

Wonderful House

We recently enjoyed a weeks holiday in Trecarne, this spacious house is set in a most amazing setting, the views are stunning from all aspects at the front of the house. We had 2 people carriers which parked easily at the rear of the property. St Ives shops restaurants and beaches are all with in a short walk. Sarah the owner was very informative and helpful.

Best place

We were group of 7 and stayed at trecarne for 2 nights. We loved the place as it has large rooms and can view seaside from the windows. The place is clean and tidy, also the owner seems quite good and flexible too. Although, the weather wasn't great, we managed to do surfing, speed boat ride, self boat ride, etc. I would highly recommend this place for a large group of people.

We were group of 7 and stayed at trecarne for 2 nights. Loved the place as you can view sea from the window. Trecarne has large rooms, and its very clean and tidy. The owner is generous and flexible too. Although, the weather wasn't great, we made most of it! With wet weather, we managed to do surfing, self boat riding, speed boat rides. I would highly recommend this place for large group of people!

Perfect family house with an amazing view! Sarah, the owner was extremely helpful, caring, flexible and generous with our very late arrival. Too many beautiful things to mention, highly recommended. We have enjoyed our short stay and would certainly be back!

Trecarne is a really fabulous place to stay. Spacious, light and well maintained... Just too much to mention... The views of St Ives are simply amazing!

Ideal for the beach, restaurants and shops. Definitely hope to be back one day.

  • Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 13 (6 Bedrooms) Notes on bedrooms: Trecarne has lovely spacious bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are huge with windows to the front and rear. Two have king size beds, the other 3 are double beds. There is also a single bedroom. The largest bedroom also has a double sofa bed.
