This 1 bedroom apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped for your stay in Nerja. It is located in the well known Acapulco Playa front-line building in an ever-popular part of Nerja. It is on the second floor and there are two small lifts. The apartment benefits from a parking space although this is on a first come, first served basis. It is within very easy walking distance of the town centre with its bars and restaurants with some small convenience stores close by. The Balcon de Europa is around 5 minutes away on foot. It is close to a number of the town beaches and there is a taxi rank close by if you fancy venturing further afield. The apartment sleeps two people comfortably in one double bedroom (king size bed) with a sofa bed for a third. It benefits from large terrace overlooking the communal pool with sea views in two directions where you can enjoy your chilled wine and tapas at the outside dining table. We provide two sun loungers for use in the garden next to the pool.

Notes on accommodation: We provide instructions for the enjoyment of the apartment and use of all equipment on arrival. We are available to assist you on site, if need be, and will provide local contact details. Outside: The apartment has a balcony with a solid dining table and four chairs. It enjoys sunshine for most of the day from two aspects. There are also two light sun loungers on the balcony that you can use in the garden area/communal pool. There is a well maintained enclosed shared garden and communal pool for you use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will have been cleaned on arrival and will have clean bedclothes (on duvet) and fresh towels. Beach towels also provided. Fresh linen will be provided on Saturdays. Additional cleaning can be provided for a small charge. Other: The apartment is light and airy and newly renovated.

Relaxing week in the sun in a lovely apartment

This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing sun holiday. A gorgeous pool in a garden overlooking the beach. (Pool chairs are provided in the apartment) There is also a lifeguard on duty which was great as we were travelling with a young child. It's just around the corner from some lovely restaurants and little shops. At night you can listen to street music from the balcony and do some people watching, we really enjoyed this. Sonny was always easily contactable and very willing to help if needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Nerja!

Perfect location of a spotless apartment

My wife and I have just spent a wonderful week in Nerja, in this lovely apartment. Owned by and met on arrival by Sonny, one of the most pleasant people you could meet. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and was spotlessly clean and had private parking. Everything you need is in there, even sunbeds to take by the pool. The pool is a great size and the water not too cold and there is plenty of space for you to lay around the pool. The view from here overlooking El Salon beach and El Balcon de Europe is amazing. This was our preferred beach, 10 minutes walk away, but La Torceilla beach is the same distance - just a little busier. We also walked to Burriana Beach but this took around 30 minutes.

Just 2 minutes out of your door turning right and you are right in the centre of El Balcon area where there are an abundance of restaurants and bars. 2 minutes to the left and you have a long street of more restaurants. We ate at Sonny's Thai restaurant opposite the apartment and the food and service was excellent - only beaten by the salmon in orange sauce I had at Restaurante Jamaica, opposite La Torrecilla beach (sorry Sonny). I believe Sonny is booked up for the rest of this Summer but book for next year - you won''t be disappointed!

Centrally placed near to the town but in the quieter part.

Very clean, nice apartment. Well supplied with everything for a comfortable stay, comfortably furnished.

Good views of the sea in two directions, one via the road. The apartments are quiet and you get no noise from the surrounding area. It is a few minutes walk from the main square and restaurants/bars. The bus station is about a ten minute walk as is the taxi rank. We were very pleased with the apartmen. It is suppliesd with a fully fitted small kitchen, including microwave, full cooker, large friidge/freezer, toaster, juicer and coffee maker.

The apartment has both ceiling fan and air-con. The double bed was comfortable and plenty of towels are supplied. There is a nice little balcony. The complex is very safe and secure.

We felt very comfortable here and recommend it on. If you get a chance visit the owners Thai restaurant opposite.....excellent!

Loved the apartment

The accommodation was lovely very convenient to shops and beach . Swimming pool was great never too crowded. The only criticism was the tv unable to get any channels but as we don't watch a lot of tv didn't bother us that much.

Beautiful holiday apartment

Stayed in this super home for 8 nights. So convenient to town and beach. Had everything supplied. Apartment was spotless and Sonny was at the end of the phone all the time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The El Salon beach is about 3 minutes away on foot and La Torrecilla about 7 minutes. Calahonda beach below the Balcon de Europa is about 10 minutes walk away.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Malaga and is about 40 minutes away by motorway. There is no train or direct bus service so you are advised either to hire a car or take a taxi. The taxi fare is €90+ each way if you take an airport taxi. We can arrange a fare of €70 with a local taxi on request. You might also try www.holidaytaxis.com or www.hoppa.com.

You will not need a car within Nerja and can explore on foot.

Distances:

There are some local sites within about 10-15 minutes drive of the apartment. There are the famous Nerja caves and the whitewashed village of Frigiliana, both well worth a visit. Granada and the Alhambra are about one hour away by car.

Further Details:

The apartment is within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars and there are two or three small convenience stores within 5 minutes of the apartment.

We require a non-refundable 25% deposit on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date. Full price if less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

There is also a £100 security deposit required at the time of balance payment which will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided there is no damage.

Cancellation charge: the 20% deposit charge up to two weeks before your arrival date. After that, full price.
