You are viewing a beautiful 2 bedroom villa with a private pool and gymnasium in the prestigious urbanisation of La Capellania: This recently refurbished modern villa with exclusive luxury private pool, inside gymnasium and stunning Mediterranean views is seven hundred metres from the beach at Los Boliches. It has multiple relaxation areas including a large poolside terrace and a raised privacy terrace that overlooks the pool and waterfalls.

During the day this location is perfect for privacy and relaxation. The pool has beautiful waterfalls at either end cascading water back into the pool and giving it a lagoon appearance. Truly a beautiful spectacle and unique amongst properties in this price range! The pool can be heated if required although this is not necessary for July and August bookings. For those looking for adventure there are water sports at the beach, golf less than 4 kilometres away at the championship course at Torrequebrada, a water park at Mijas as well as bars and restaurants for every taste within a kilometre. Sierra Nevada's ski resort is just over an hour by car. Locally there is a large theme park ( Tivoli World ) where kids of all ages can enjoy hours of fun on the vast array of rides.

By night are stunning views of Fuengirola that lights up in the night sky and is a hive of bustling energy. In the opposite direction is the beautiful white washed Spanish village of Benalmadena pueblo where local cuisine is prepared in traditional Spanish restaurants. Within 500 metres there is a carrefour supermarket, a dry cleaners, a bank, petrol station as well as small bar and restaurants including a fantastic Indian that comes highly recommended. The property boasts a large widescreen TV with satellite TV, it has high speed wifi throughout the villa and terraces. This property has all the modern amenities expected such as a bosch electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, SKY satellite TV package. MANY PROPERTIES IN SPAIN HAVE LOST ACCESS TO UK TELEVISION. WE CAN SUPPLY ALL SKY SPORTS CHANNELS, SKY MOVIES, BBC 1, 2,3 AND ITV 1, 2, 3, 4 PLUS MANY OTHER CHANNELS FOR FREE.

In the grounds is a beautiful private pool plus bar b q, sunbeds, outdoor dining facilities, water falls, stylish gymnasium with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The property benefits from having the owners close by and so assistance is available at all times to ensure a special family holiday. We offer specialist boat trips on our Searay Sundeck 270 which is a 27 feet long power boat and perfect for waterskiing, ringing, dolphin spotting or just relaxing at sea with a glass of champagne in your hand! The following link shows you what our boat looks like. We provide 3 hour excursions and include all drinks and snacks as well as all water sports equipment. Many couples rent the boat as a pre dinner trip to have a glass of wine whilst watching the Mediterranean sun set before heading off for a romantic meal! We often see schools of dolphins less than 400 metres from the beach and that is a breathtaking experience as they swim around the boat in the own habitat. Prices start from 130 euros. We recommend hiring a car as we are on a hill and it is a steep walk to the supermarket or back from the beach. Taxis are available as an alternative 24 hours a day and five minutes away.

Beautiful, amazing villa

We had a great holiday at a beautiful villa, the owners, Marie and Neil are lovely people and made us feel so welcome. The area is quite hilly but it's the most beautiful walk down to the beach if your quite fit, taxis are the best option if you don't have a car. The villa itself has everything you could need with a lovely swimming pool and the views from the property are spectacular

If you want to enjoy the peace and tranquility but be near enough to visit local areas, this is the place.

The owners, Neil and Marie are wonderful, so helpful but not intrusive and I would not hesitate to recommend their lovely holiday home to anyone. Overall a fabulous fortnight!!

Absolutely wonderful!

The villa was beautiful, clean and modern with all necessary equipment for the family...wifi, washing machine, lovely pool and gym (looked great, but we were too lazy). As the owners stated it is on a very steep hill (we've done steep before, this is extremely steep). It is however easy enough walking distance from the top, to shops and a pub. 25 minute walk down to the beach (don't walk back up). If you're a car renter brilliant property, we are still too scared to try driving, so it was taxis for us.

However the reason for getting a lovely villa was not to be out every day, so it fitted our needs perfectly.

It was about 10-15 drive to one of the water parks, which was great fun. About a ten min drive into fuengirola town centre.

Overall we had a lovely stay, absolutely wonderful hosts that live next door. Very comfortable villa...sad to have to leave!

Peaceful suntrap with great pool and gym

Set within a hillside villa complex enjoying views of the coastline and seascape. Car is a must as shops are uphill (2 minutes by car) and seaside amenities downhill (5 minutes by car). Owners live next door and couldn't have been more attentive or helpful when asked about local amenities and restaurants. Pool water was perfectly maintained and gym equipment was varied and modern with tremendous views wilst working out. This villa won't disappoint inside or out.

Relaxing peaceful stay

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was so quiet and peaceful. We did not hire a car so relied on taxi's and walked to get around. Marie & Neil were helpful and rang the taxi's for us when needed. The owners live next door so if you have any problems they will help you. I would recommend you hire a car because the villa is situated on a hill even tho we managed it but it's not for the faint hearted. The Spanish village near by is beautiful and is a must see. The villa was very clean and modern. We would go back to this villa but when the weather is not as hot.

Wonderful Villa

Myself and my husband and 3 grown up children have just returned from a few days very relaxing holiday in this really beautiful villa. The villa is just as advertised with lovely decor, very well maintained and exceptionally clean and welcoming and lovely sea views.

Neil and his wife Marie were lovely to deal with while living right next door if you need anything absolutely respect your privacy. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and it would suit both younger or older children, we will certainly be looking forward to visiting again.

Whilst there are restaurants and bars within walking distance I would recommend hiring a car for the added choice it gives you in the nearby Piablo which came recommended by Neil and his wife in their rather good welcome pack.

We bought in this part of Spain because it ticks every box we wanted: Close to the Mediterranean sea, close to Malaga airport which offers great connections internationally with all the top airlines, close to Marbella, close to top golf courses and restaurants. All in all the perfect place to holiday!
