Woodland Retreat - Bungalow in Perranporth, Cornwall, England

Thirty individual bungalows are located amongst a wooded area and a duck pond, each one with its own lawned area and shrubbery to maximise privacy and seclusion amongst the trees. Woodland Retreat is a semi-detached bungalow designed and fitted to a good standard, providing a comfortable retreat for a family of four in an area offering a great variety of holiday opportunities.

This is a privately owned bungalow located in the centre of the site with four steps and a gently sloping path which leads up to the entrance. There are two steps up into the accommodation, which is then all on one level with the living room being semi open plan within the kitchen/diner. The bungalow is furnished and decorated to a very good standard with a wonderful woodland view.

On site there is a serviced laundrette (chargeable) and a payphone. Woodland Retreat is best suited to those seeking a quieter, relaxing holiday yet within easy reach of many tourist attractions. Perranporth can be reached within a short 5 minute car journey, although a very pleasant walk of no more than 30 minutes through the Perrancoombe Valley will also take you to the magnificent beach, selection of small shops, and the bars and cafes that Perranporth has to offer.

Compact accommodation with two bedrooms. Kitchen and living room is semi open plan. In the kitchen area there is an electric cooker, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave. Lounge/Diner: Corner leather sofa, folding dining table with chairs and a TV with freeview and a DVD player.

Bedroom One: Double bed (4ft 6ins) Bedroom Two: Twin Beds (3ft). Bathroom: Shower cubicle with an electric shower, hand basin and WC. Garden: There is an enclosed grass area just outside of the bungalow supplied with a picnic table and benches. Pets: One small dog welcome at £15 per week Parking: Ample parking can be found at the bottom of the steps in the main parking area. Heating: Night storage heaters with wall mounted electric heaters fitted in most of the rooms.
