2 Br apartment with a huge balcony in the centre of Cannes. Close to the Palais des Festivals and the beaches.

This beautifully furnished (54m2) apartment is a light and airy two bedroom+loft apartment, ideally located in the heart of Cannes in the pedestrian street, just 5 min away from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches. Large shuttered windows from the living room and bedrooms open onto a quiet, large 17m2 terrace facing a courtyard area which is something quite unique for the centre of Cannes.

Located in the heart of the best dining and nightlife in Cannes. Whether it is a fine dining and disco experience in downtown Cannes, a relaxing lunch by the beach, or an escape to quiet solitude at home on the balcony that you seek, this apartment is for you. Escape the hustle and bustle of the Cannes nightlife when you close the balcony doors at night because this apartment is very quiet.

The apartment is on the first floor. There is no elevator but luckily the staircase is wide and the steps are shallow. There is public parking one minute away but you can manage very well without a car by using public transportation or just walking.

Basic Orange TV channels (Fr, UK, Ger, Ita, Spa, Rus) included and you can upgrade to movies/sports for the extra charge.

  • Recently renovated with a spacious shower cabin and WC. There is also a washing machine and a dryer tucked away in the bathroom

    Bedroom 1 - 2 Single Bed , 1 Cot , or it can be used as a double bed. There is a sleeping loft.
  • Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 +2 (sleeping loft) There are two bedrooms, which both have an access to the balcony and both rooms have AC. Purple bedroom comes with two single beds (90x200cm) which can be used as a double bed as well. In the room there is a sleeping loft, which would be ideal for children (over 5, since the step as quite steep) Lime bedroom is furniture by a Queen size (160x 200cm) bed. In both bedrooms there are cabins for clothes and personal items. We can provide one baby cod on request but please bring your own linen for that. In both room there are space for a cod if needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I do understand that sometimes plans are just inevitable to change and I’m doing my best as possible if it should occursk.
• 100% refund if cancellation more than 30 days before the check-in date
• 100% refund if cancellation more than two weeks before the check-in date IF I have found a new tenant.
In the case of late cancellation (less than 30 days) you are still titled to use your deposit during one year period in your future booking.
