Ground Floor Apartment in Perranporth, Cornwall, England, Quiet Location

Nicely situated in a small cul-de-sac within a five minute downhill walk to the popular beach and village of Perranporth (a bit longer to come back up the steep hill!), this self-contained apartment for two is on the ground floor. Furnished to a good standard it very much has a home-from-home feeling. The property enjoys a splendid garden and patio area to the rear with garden furniture, offering a place of peace, tranquillity and relaxation for your holiday. The owners of Little Barranquayla live in the bungalow above (but quite separate).

Entrance is through the porch into the lounge/diner, a spacious room furnished with a three piece suite, dining table, chairs and TV. Off the lounge there is a separate kitchen with pine units and ample work space, electric cooker, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer. The bedroom overlooks the rear garden, comfortably furnished with a double bed (4'6") and also a single bed (3') for alternative sleeping arrangements, bedroom furniture and a hand basin. Two steps lead into the bathroom which is fitted with a hand basin, WC and a bath; please note there is a step up into the bath.

Heating is via night storage / convector heaters throughout the property. There is on-street parking on the cul-de-sac for one car.

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.

Lifeguards are also stationed at the Perran Sands end of Perranporth beach from mid May to the end of September.

• Perranporth beach is dog friendly allowing dogs on the beach all year round. From July to September dogs must be kept on a short lead between 10am and 5pm.

• Perranporth has access to South West coast paths in both directions for walking and exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.
