Ground Floor Apartment in Perranporth, Cornwall, England, Quiet Location

This self-contained apartment is on the ground floor. It has been nicely decorated throughout and furnished to a good standard with a very much home-from-home feeling. A splendid garden and patio area is to the rear, offering peace, tranquillity and relaxation for your holiday. The owners of 'Little Barranquayla' live in the bungalow above (but quite separate). They are both extremely helpful and friendly with a good knowledge of Perranporth and the surrounding area. They are happy to assist you with local information enabling you to explore many interesting parts of Perranporth and the north coast ensuring that you enjoy your holiday as much as possible in this glorious part of Cornwall. Accommodation Porch entrance into the lounge/diner, a spacious room nicely furnished supplying a three piece suite, dining table, chairs and a TV. Off the lounge there is a separate kitchen with pine units and ample work space including electric cooker, microwave, fridge with a small freezer. A utility room is adjacent to the apartment (up a few steps) fitted with a tumble dryer and a spin dryer. This room is ideal for anyone requiring additional space to store bikes or surfboards. The bedroom overlooks the rear garden; it is well furnished providing a double bed (4'6"), bedroom furnishings and a hand basin. Two steps lead into the bathroom with a hand basin, WC and a bath, which has another step up into the bath. Information Duvets, pillows, bed linen and tea towels are supplied. Towels are required. Electric heating is by night storage/convector heaters fitted throughout.

Non smoking. Garden area to the rear with garden furniture. Private parking for one car. Changeover is Saturday, arrival from 2pm, departure by 10am. Sorry no pets

There is a very steep path down to the apartment entrance. Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels.
