Lake House 4 - Apartment in Perranporth, Cornwall, England

Situated in a central yet peaceful location, the apartment is close to the local church and the church bells will occasionally be heard from the property. Perranporth's shops, bars, cafes and beautiful beach are just a level five minute walk away and the apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. A communal staircase ascends to the entrance of No. 4, and inside the accommodation is arranged over two levels. Downstairs there is a single bedroom with built-in cupboards and a TV, and stairs lead up to the rest of the apartment. A semi open plan living room and kitchen offers a comfy sofa, TV with DVD player and a folding dining table with chairs. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and a washing machine. Bedroom two has a king size bed and ample storage space, and the bathroom has both bath and shower (in a separate cubicle), basin and w.c. Benefitting from electric central heating, the property is warm and comfortable all year round. Outside, a communal garden area overlooks the bowling green and two shared washing lines are available to use. At the front of the building is an allocated parking space for one car.
