Seafront - Apartment in Porthtowan, Cornwall, England

The apartment is adjoining the owners accommodation however is totally separate with having exclusive access to your own patio area. The main living room area comprises of an open plan lounge / kitchen / diner which has a panoramic window looking across the beach. Porthtowan is located on the north Cornish coast, midway between Newquay, Perranporth and St. Ives. The area offers wonderful coastal and country walks with stunning scenery. A few local shops with a couple of bars including the very popular Blue Bar are within 300 metres of Seafront. Porthtowan has one of the finest surfing beaches in Cornwall; here is a lovely expanse of sand, numerous rock pools and wonderful caves to explore. A very convenient location for local amenities and for touring Cornwall. From the parking area there are four steps with a very slight incline to the accommodation which is on one level (just one step down into shower-room). Entrance into a small hallway with a table with four chairs overlooking the beach. Living Room and Kitchen: Breakfast bar with stools, gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine with a combined tumble dryer. Lounge area: t.v. with dvd player, two comfy sofas (one incorporates a double sofa bed), Shower-room: Shower-room with shower, wash hand basin and w.c. One step down from shower room into Bedroom One: Double bed, patio door leading out onto patio with views of beach and sea out to St Ives. Heating: Oil central heating available for the cooler months. Garden: An enclosed patio with furniture is supplied which over-looks the beach. Parking: Two cars can park just in front of the owners property on the lane Pets: One small dog is welcome (if supervised at all times and please bring own dog bed). Please Note: Porthtowan Beach will not allow pets from Easter to end of Sept, however there are many areas for dog walking, Pets allowed, Short Breaks allowed,Bed Linen supplied Towels & T-Towels supplied Electricity included Changeover day - Saturday, Arrival From 3pm, Departure By 10am
