Sandbay 14 - Villa in Perranporth, Cornwall, England

Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St.Agnes and Truro. Surf hire shops offering surfing lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available locally. Padstow, St.Ives and Falmouth are all within a twenty-mile radius making this a popular property to use as a base for touring the north and south coast of Cornwall. Downstairs accommodation: Kitchen: Fitted units with ample work surfaces. There is an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Lounge / diner: A spacious room with views towards the sand dunes provides a sofa bed and two comfy armchairs, a dining table with chairs to accommodate six people, and TV with a DVD player. Upstairs: Bedroom one benefits from a balcony and has a double bed (4ft 6ins). Bedroom two provides two single beds and pine bunk beds (all 3ft). The bathroom has a bath with a fixed shower over it, wc and wash hand basin. Parking for one car is allocated undercover solely for use of Flat 14. An additional parking space can be obtained (extra cost - £10). Please note due to the archway the parking area is limited to the height of 7' 4" and no wider than a standard car. Wall mounted convector electric heaters fitted in the lounge and two portable oil filled radiators. Electric night storage heaters in the lounge and both bedrooms are also available at extra cost. Laundrette on site (extra charge) No smoking inside the apartment
