Wonderful apartment with excellent roof terrace for sunbathing pool opposite. All amenities you need in apartment, the plaza is a couple of minutes walk for all bars and restaurants very enjoyable stay

Lovely roof terrace

Very nice apartment in peaceful neighborhood. I usually need earplugs but here I slept well without them. Big roof terrace with a lovely open view.

Peaceful home at Villa Martin

Our first visit to meet Villa Martin area. Area of houses of apartment seems to be very peaceful and in good condition.

Apartment itself is very homelike and clean I could live there whole year. Upper terrace is large and has good quality furniture.

Many cats and parrots just wondered us; we like cats and watched parrots flying.

It was sad day to leave sunny Costa Blanca and get back to Finland. Temperature difference was 30 degrees and its snowing in Finland.

Fantastic apartment

This is a great apartment, very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room for four adults, the roof top area is a great place to soak up the sun and have a B.B.Q. It is in a quiet location, but only a 5 min walk to the plaza where all the restaurants, bars and shops are based. Nicola was extremely helpful with all the information we needed. We look forward to our next visit.

Extremely comfortable and attractive apartment in a quiet well designed and maintained development.

The Lounge with balcony faces east and provides morning sunshine. There is access to the roof terrace solarium for serious sunbathers.

The apartment is well kitted out making it a real “ Home from Home”

Plenty of Blue Flag beaches within a 5 minute drive La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan. Great beaches most with bars, cabanas and toilet facilities The Mar Menor is around 25 minutes by car, is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe, safe-bathing, mud spa available and water sports. Benidorm 60 mins away with the night life that has to offer.

Travel:

San Javier Murcia is the closest at 25 minutes away. Alicante is 45 minutes. Both are situated on the AP7 toll road making the journey easy to navigate In addition when looking for good flight deals fly into one and out of the other make the most of cheap travel. Car hire is recommended although a local bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the apartment

Distances:

Villamartin Plaza is a 2 minute walk, offering a wide selection of restaurants and bars, banks and shops. La Zenia is 5 minutes away by car, and the lively Cabo Roig 10 minutes away. The village San Miguel de las Salinas and the main town of Orihuela are within 30 minutes and provide a more typically Spanish environment and worthy of a visit. A must is the new La Zenia Boulevard the largest shopping mall in the whole of Alicante province a fantastic mix of boutiques and old faithfuls.

Further Details:

Drive to La Zenia beach and you will discover everything you need from banks, supermarkets, shopping mall, chemist and Chinese bazaars great for those that like a great location with everything to hand. But if you want to spread you wings Benidorm is an hour away with its water and safari parks. San Miguel de las Salinas has an open market on Wednesday mornings, additional shopping and beaches can be found at Torrevieja, the port at Cartegena with boat trips. A huge variety of fun things to do and places to visit or just magic for total relaxation

Refundable Damage Deposit £250

Booking Notes:
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the final balance paid 40 days before departure. A £250 breakage deposit is required which will be refunded by us after inspection by our management company within 2 weeks and upon return of apartment keys. Any breakages reported will be deducted at cost from the deposit.
Cancellation refunds/charges:
Up to 6 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-6 weeks – 50% refunded/charged.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. We ask that you vacate the property by 12 noon unless prior agreement is made. We can be flexible on this depending on flight times etc. and follow on bookings. Access to the property is from 3pm onward



€50 LAUNDRY AND CLEANING FEE PAID LOCALLY ON DEPARTURE, LATE CHECK OUT IS AVAILABLE AT THE COST OF £20
