Perfect for golfers with the Villamartin Golf Club as a local backdrop within walking distance. Everything provided to make this your home from home, books, DVDs, board games, children's beach toys etc, beach umbrellas. Enjoy a year round average temperature of 24c with 300/365 days of sunshine. Car hire is advisable but not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. There is a local bus service which operates 8am - 8pm and arrives hourly , should you wish to go further afield

Great relaxing holday in lovely area.

A very well appointed apartment , everything you could need was available. The pool / communal areas very well maintained. A quiet street but facilities nearby. Great for golfers. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the great views. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely book again. It's a beautiful apartment with the added bonus of wi-fi for our two teenagers..a gorgeous pool is just a couple of doors down and all located within a two minute walk from the villamartin plaza.. We normally hire a car but didn't need one this year as the bus service was fantastic running to the beach and la zenia boulevard direct from the plaza.. We also got a free bus to the aquapolis in Torrevieja.. All in all a great apartment and Nicola always answered any questions promptly, she was a pleasure to deal with...A true home from home ☀️☀️

Stunning Villa in a Beautiful Area

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this comfortable, well equipped and perfectly positioned villa. Within easy reach of Alicante airport via car and great access to lots of beautiful local beaches aswell as the use of a fabulous swimming pool. The roof terrace with BBQ, sofas and TV is an added bonus and makes the perfect setting for chilled summer evenings. Villa Martin itself comes alive at night with a superb selection of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended and definitely be back again !!

lovely apartment in great location

Lovely clean and very well presented apartment with absolutely everything you need. Home from home

I have stayed in Violetas (where the apt is situated) before but the apartment wasn't a patch on the quality of this one.

Great roof terrace with nice furniture and also close to the pool. The benefit of good wifi was great.

The location is fantastic with the Plaza being a 5 min walk away.

I would definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.

Activity and Interests


Plenty of Blue Flag beaches within a 5 minute drive La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan. Great beaches most with bars, cabanas and toilet facilities The Mar Menor is around 25 minutes by car, is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe, safe-bathing, mud spa available and water sports. Benidorm 60 mins away with the night life that has to offer.


San Javier Murcia is the closest at 25 minutes away. Alicante is 45 minutes. Both are situated on the AP7 toll road making the journey easy to navigate In addition when looking for good flight deals fly into one and out of the other make the most of cheap travel. Car hire is recommended although a local bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the apartment


Villamartin Plaza is a 2 minute walk, offering a wide selection of restaurants and bars, banks and shops. La Zenia is 5 minutes away by car, and the lively Cabo Roig 10 minutes away. The village San Miguel de las Salinas and the main town of Orihuela are within 30 minutes and provide a more typically Spanish environment and worthy of a visit. A must is the new La Zenia Boulevard the largest shopping mall in the whole of Alicante province a fantastic mix of boutiques and old faithfuls.

Further Details:

Drive to La Zenia beach and you will discover everything you need from banks, supermarkets, shopping mall, chemist and Chinese bazaars great for those that like a great location with everything to hand. But if you want to spread you wings Benidorm is an hour away with its water and safari parks. San Miguel de las Salinas has an open market on Wednesday mornings, additional shopping and beaches can be found at Torrevieja, the port at Cartegena with boat trips. A huge variety of fun things to do and places to visit or just magic for total relaxation

A £100 breakage deposit is required which will be refunded by us after inspection by our management company within 2 weeks and upon return of apartment keys. Cancellation refunds/charges:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% refunded/charged.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. We ask that you vacate the property by 12 noon unless prior agreement is made at time of booking. We can be flexible on this depending on flight times etc. and follow on bookings. Access to the property is from 3pm onward
