Trevose - Apartment in Perranporth, Cornwall, England

Beautifully decorated and furnished in a modern style, yet retaining the character of the old building, Trevose is entered from the rear with four steps to the ground floor via a utility room with washing machine. Off the large inner hall is the modern spacious kitchen which is furnished with fitted oven and hob, microwave, under counter fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and a pine table with four chairs.

The lounge is also spacious with high ceiling and has 2 leather sofas and comfy chairs from which to enjoy the breath-taking beach view from the large bay window, or watch the TV and DVD in front of an electric feature fireplace.

Also off the inner hall both bedrooms have superb sea views, high ceilings, and are decorated and furnished to a high standard, in keeping with the rest of the property. The main bedroom with king size bed (5 ft) has an ensuite with shower, wc and basin, and the second bedroom has twin beds (3 ft) and a Juliet balcony. On the balcony there is a small table and two chairs from which to take in the view, however we recommend that during family holidays the balcony doors are kept locked unless children are supervised by an adult at all times. The main bedroom also benefits from acomfy chair placed in front of the large window, from which the view can be appreciated whatever the weather.

The family bathroom is fully tiled and comprises an electric shower fitted over the bath, a wc and basin. The property has a small paved and gravelled courtyard garden to the rear furnished with a bench and table and chairs, an area to hang out washing and wetsuits, and parking for one medium sized car in a car port. The property is heated by an oil central heating system and is available throughout the year.

This is a non-smoking property. Travel cot and highchair are available to hire. Sorry no pets. Short breaks allowed. Bed linen included. Towels and tea towels included. Electricity included.
