About the Owner

My husband Tim and I have lived in North Yorkshire for most of our lives. The Cottage is in the grounds of our house so we will usually be on hand to offer as much or little assistance as you require

With 2 children aged 5 and 3 we moved here for them to experience village life yet be near enough to the towns and attractions we also enjoy experiencing.

Kind regards, Emma

Very clean and had all what we needed

  • 4 of 5

The property was perfect for 2 people it was also really quiet. Everything was clean and tidy. Emma greeted us on our arrival and explained one or two things to us about the cottage, she was also on hand for us to ask her anything and giving us hints on car parks in York/Harrogate saved us time so we were able to go straight to them.

I would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic Cottage in a beautiful area.

  • 5 of 5

This is an excellent cottage, well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay an enjoyable one. It has even got a dishwasher, so no need to wash dishes at the sink. Emma is a lovely lady and she left us milk, tea bags and even a bottle of Bubbly to welcome us. The private garden gets the sun in the morning and the evening. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending it to our family and friends.
