This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious country villa is nestled in the campo just outside the popular La Sella golf resort, just 10 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan resort of Denia, with its long sandy beaches, the fabulous Marina de Denia and a massive selection of wonderful restaurants and tapas bars, to suite all tastes and pockets.

The beautiful resort of Javea is just 15 minutes by car and again its has the beautiful sandy beach of the Arenal edged with a selection of stylish and excellent restaurants and bars. There are many fabulous little pebble beaches along the coastline too, tucked away and most have a restaurant or two where you can enjoy fresh fish or paella for lunch while resting from the heat of the sun.

The villa sits in its own fully enclosed and very spacious beautifully landscaped gardens (approx.1 acre), which surround the villa and the pool. With mature palms, fruit trees and bougainvillea. The garden is very private and perfectly maintained.

The villa itself has a real country feel to it, with its beautiful country feel kitchen / diner with its beamed ceilings and patio doors leading to a further terrace with purpose built BBQ area. Its a great place to dine and catch up after a relaxing day over a glass of your favorite tipple.

The kitchen is very well equipped with large oven and hob (5 rings), large fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave and is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy a great meal.

The dining area has a large farmhouse style beautiful wooden table with 8 high back leather chairs offering a real feel of quality to the villa. Off the dining area you will find a utility room with washing facilities and further fridge.

A beautiful Tosca stone arch way leads from the kitchen to the stylish and comfortable lounge with fire place, patio doors to a terrace area with more dining facilities. The comfortable lounge is beautifully furnished and has flat screen TV, DVD player and UK channels. The villa also benefits from wifi.

From the stylish spacious lounge there is a further Tosca arch way leading to a further seating area with sofa close to the naya and pool area. An ideal place to sit and read when taking a break from the sunshine. Patio doors lead to the beamed naya (covered terrace) over looking the beautiful pool and terrace area. Here you will find further sofas and coffee table where you can relax from the heat of the sun. Its also a great place for an aperitif at the end of another fabulous day.

The naya is long and there is a further wooden table with 6 chairs for alfresco dining. There are so many places around this beautiful villa and private garden to dine or just enjoy a drink while admiring the the shrubs and palms.

The wonderful large pool being 11m x 5m is surrounded by terracing and 6 sun loungers. The pool area is very private and is not overlooked by neighbors. In fact the whole garden is very private due to the size of it, it is not overlooked. There is a pool light which can be used in the evening so you can enjoy looking at the pool while relaxing and dining.

All 3 bedrooms of this stunning villa are not he same level, the whole villa is on the one level.

The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading to the naya terrace. It also over looks the pool area. It is stylish and comfortably furnished with air conditioning, with plenty of wardrobe space.

The Tosca arch way from the bedroom leads to a spacious and modern en suite bathroom with bath, sink, wc and large walk in shower area.

The other two twin bedrooms are also on this floor, both are quite spacious, both have twin beds, hanging space, air conditioning and fans.

One over looks the side of the villa and the second over looks front of the villa.

These bedrooms share a further modern family bathroom with bath over head shower, sink and wc. This villa truly is a beautiful, spacious villa, stylish and well furnished.

There are so many places in which to relax around the villa and the garden. The superb private pool is a great place to relax and unwind.

There is also a purpose built BBQ area off the kitchen. I am sure you will love the villa and want to return year after year.

My name is Michelle Etheridge I am the property manager of this beautiful villa along with other villas in this area. I will respond to your email as quickly as I possibly can, often within an hour. My husband Steve, myself, Pete (the pool cleaner) and a small team of ladies work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.

The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a phone call away or an email as all of our villas have wifi. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.

Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 13 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster, Steve is 57 and Michelle 50. We bought our first villa in the year 2000 as a retirement investment. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area. We have a small team of cleaners and tradesmen so there is always someone on hand in case of any problems. Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our properties are furnished and cleaned to a high standard.

Excellent communication from Michelle start to finish - booking, directions, key pad to access key on arrival so can welcome / explore in your own comfort. Security deposit returned promptly - no issues, fabulous !! Villa is extremely private and in a really pleasant setting. Felt safe and secure the whole holiday Car essential I would say to truly experience the area and surrounding villages and towns Good walk to nearest restaurant which has great reviews on Trip Advisor - Taberna Antigua Villa itself is truly perfect, everything you could wish for and more. Kitchen very well equipped with more utensils, crockery etc than you would have at home. All the little extras like foil, cling film, soap powder etc also included... Wi-fi great, music system could do with updating perhaps for those of us that love our music - we bought a lead to connect to Iphone for internet radio.. Lemon and lime trees in garden my partner utilised for some home cooking !! Spacious, fab quality fixtures and fittings, the air-con was very welcome. Excellent sized pool. Would absolutely recommend from all aspects !!

It is spacious and within large fully enclosed garden, with mature palms, fruit trees, it is colourful and perfectly maintained. The whole villa is well equipped, modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. An ideal holiday get away from it all. Outside: This beautiful 11m x 5m private pool is a real bonus with this villa. Its is surrounded by terraces and stunning gardens.6 sun loungers are provided. There are several places in which to dine al freco style around this beautiful garden. There is a purpose built BBQ off the kitchen area. There is a long naya (covered terrace) alongside the pool, where you can dine or simply relax not he outdoor sofa area. The garden is approx. 1acre and is fully enclosed with mature palms and fruit trees and is perfectly maintained. Utility Room: The utility has a washing machine and a further fridge. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All quality towels and linen are provided, including pool towels. Linen is changed weekly and bathrooms are cleaned at the end of the week (if holiday is for 2 weeks or more). Other: The covered terrace is more like a garden room, there are sofas, coffee table and further dining. All situated under covers so out of the intense summer heat, but still outside overlooking the beautiful pool and terrace area.

The cosmopolitan town of Denia is just 10 minutes away by car with its long sandy beaches and fabulous new marina where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and a meal while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the Med... perfect.

The beautiful coastal resort of Javea is just 15 minutes away by car. It has a beautiful sandy beach with restaurants close by and there are many small coves dotted up the coast line to discover.

La Xara with large supermarket is 1k away.


The villa is ideally situated between both Alicante and Valencia airports. Just one hour's drive north from Alicante airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes drive south from Valencia airport. Along the AP-7 (E-15) auto piste it couldn't be easier, detailed directions are provided and the keys are in a key safe at the villa. This ensures a stress free arrival if flights are delayed, a real hit with Guests as they have no worries if flights are late.


The traditional Spanish village of La Xara is just a couple of minutes away by car, as is Pedreguer. Javea is just 15 minutes by car and Denia is 10 minutes away by car. Moraira is 20 minutes away and the resorts of Clape and Altea are only 30 minutes away by car. Benidorm and its theme parks Terramitica and Aqua parks are just 40 minutes drive away. Alicante is 1 hour away and the city of Valencia is just 1 hour and 10 minutes away, so plenty to see in this beautiful area of the Costa Blanca.

Further Details:

There are numerous restaurants in the area to choose from when dining out, either locally or in the mountains of the Jalon Valley or in the local towns of Denia or Javea. There are all styles of restaurants English, typically Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian a full range of restaurants, covering all pallets and price ranges, from a three course meal with wine from as little as 8.50 euros to a tasty a la carte meal in beautiful settings, the choice is yours. There are some excellent restaurants in Pedreguer La Xara and a greta Italian restaurant on La Sella. There are banks in Pedreguer / La Xara and local shops and a market on a Saturday in the local town. A large market is held on a Sunday morning with hundreds of stalls from all over.

Both Javea and Denia have many wonderful, small shops with designer labels and beautiful leather shoes can be purchased at great prices. The local Masymas supermarket is just a couple of minutes away by car where you can purchase all you will need for your holiday including freshly baked bread and a fantastic fish counter and winery (many English brands can also be purchased here too),there is a local English butcher and supermarkets too, so if you speak no Spanish, there is no problem. There are large Mercadona supermarkets on the way to Javea and Denia, so plenty of choice.

We, the English owners Michelle and Steve, live close by and visit you soon after you arrive to ensure that the villa is all you expected it to be. We are on hand in case of any problems you may have and we can advice you on where to go and what to see and which restaurants to visit. We feel that a villa holiday should be as relaxing, private and as stress free as possible, but it is nice to know that if there are any problems we are only a phone call away and can help. We ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard and that the cleanliness is perfect every time.
