I live with my partner and two children we have lived in the hamlet for the past 17 years before buying this property four years ago. We live on site in a bungalow opposite the studio apartment. As a family we enjoy outside life especially on the beach with surfing walking climbing fishing

A lovely tranquil hideaway

Billy was so helpful - having fresh flowers, milk,fruit and biscuits ready when we arrived. She was available when we contacted her with advice and even arranged for me to borrow a surfboard. Highly recommend staying at the Annex.

The village is beautiful, stone houses and barnes and really quiet. The beach is great for surfing and the Costal path is only a few minutes away.

An excellent central area to explore Cornwall - only a few miles to Padstow, Port Isaac or down to Truro.

A fantastic place to stay.

The annex was perfect for me. It was absolutely spotless and had everything there I needed. when I arrived there was milk, tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits and lovely fresh flowers to welcome me. Billy and Dave were just great ad nothing was too much trouble for them. It is perfectly placed for exploring that part of Cornwall, whilst I was there working i will be going back for a holiday to really make the most of this super place.

Modern, clean and convenient location for Watergate Bay

Had 3 nights here and loved it. The owner Billy was lovely and the apartment was everything that we could have wanted. Great location, near to the beach. The location is away from the road and very peaceful. The flowers, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were a nice touch. Shower was lovely and powerful. Parking in the car port next to the house was great. Will definitely be returning at another point in the future.

Very clean. Ideal location for everywhere. Eden project not too far. Jamie Oliver’s restaurant “fifteen” just 15 minutes walk (watergate bay). Comfortable. Fresh flowers and coffee/tea kit were very welcome on arrival. Will definitely stay again.

Great Apartment, Location, Value

The owner was very helpful and prompt in dealing with both my enquiry and booking as well as providing instructions.

The flat was very nice and good value. It has its own covered parking bay which is a bonus.

The area is very close to Watergate bay and peaceful as it's not right within the Watergate bay apartments but just up the road. Perfect place.
