Our villa property comprises of 3 apartments. We live in one and rent the other two. We keep the house and grounds tidy and clean, with a very Spanish feel and murals on the garden walls. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a meal and evening outside, you will feel immediately at home and the closeness to the sea allows you to hear the soft breaking of the waves.

About the Owner
My husband Alber and I retired to Spain 14 years ago. We keep ourselves busy in the local community with our volunteer work to stay active. We enjoy the Spanish culture and the relaxed lifestyle here and of course the glorious weather. Alber is Dutch so can speak various languages and our 4 children are spread throughout Europe so we are used to catering for multilingual guests.
I manage the 2nd hand charity shop in our local village, where we raise funds for locally abandoned cats, to castrate and care for them.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need. Lynne & Albeir are the most helpful people you could meet, offering advice on where to go & lifts to the locations. The beach is 30 seconds away and there are some great places to eat & drink. If you want to go into the centre of Denia, it's a very short bus ride! We loved this place & you get all the peace & quiet but are a short bus ride away from busy Denia. Best of both worlds! Probably the nicest couple you could meet!
We were made so welcome and nothing is too much trouble for Lynne & Albier. The apartment is beautiful & 2 minutes from beach. A lovely bar is on the front. A bus takes you into the centre of Denia. You get the quiet relaxing holiday but are a bus ride away from the lovely & lively town of Denia. A great place to stay with lovely people! We will be going back again next year!
Our vacation was perfect - nice weather, a beautiful sea and friendly hosts. We felt very much at home in the apartment which lies approximately 30m from the beach. It is very warmly and well decorated. The next grocery store (Lidl) is only 1km away and a mall approximately 8km away. As we like to explore a lot I am personaly greatful for Linda's tips on how to get around in the area. One example is that she suggested us to park the car near the station in Xeraco and take the public transport from there. To conclude, it was a fantastic holiday due to a perfect host.
Accommodation location and owners were brilliant.
The listing description was spot on. The property was immaculate. Linda and her husband couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend this property to everyone, trouble is it'll probably be booked up when we want to go next. There is a lovely beach and a nice bar yards away. The roads were quiet and I will be recommending this to my friends who are training for triathlons the location couldn't have been better. The only fault my wife and I could find which was our fault is we didn't stay for longer.

“We love to be near the nature and seaside. We bought this property as it is ideally situated 50 mtrs from the quiet pebble beach. We have local bars & restaurants within a stones throw, with Wi-Fi access. We are very close to the old village centre of Els Poblets, have a local supermarket 2 mins walk away and at the end of our road is the main bus route to the beautiful marina town of Denia.”

Painters, poets and hikers have numerous opportunities to enjoy the local landscape - hills, valleys and orchards.
A side path between the houses in front of us, takes you to the beach. A 5 min. walk in either direction takes you to sandy beaches. The advantage of our local stoney beach is that there is always room for you.
Alicante and Valencia airports are both 105 km / 1 hr 10 mins. Valencia to Denia is possible with public transport, Alicante to Denia is complicated due to no through train service. A hire car is recommended.
Beach: 50 mtrs. Old local village of Els Poblets: 1 km, Denia town with 2 Marinas: 9,5 kms, Mountains of Pego: 14 Kms. Many of the local towns and villages have weekly markets with both local and international delights. 24 kms - Javea is well known by the English and makes a great day out with a sandy beach bay lined with bars, restaurants and shops.
Denia has a beautiful port full of international & Spanish restaurants, one with a swimming pool & four poster relaxing beds - heaven!

We have a travel cot, high chair & car seat for a baby up to 18 months old. Outside: You have use of our 8 seat Jacuzzi, a BBQ, sun loungers, table & chairs. Evenings outside alone or with friends is easy, relaxing and fun. Utility Room: The laundry room is located adjacent to the apartment: washing machine & dryer are available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen, towels & beach towels are included and are changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned on changeover.
