Truly fabulous views, large terrace facing Kotor across the Fjord (wonderful in the evening when the town is lit). It has 2 bedrooms, one ensuite, and additional separate bathroom. Individual aircon available in each room and window shutters in the bedrooms for peaceful nights. Private parking space and shared swimming pool with jacuzzi, plus additional children's pool. Wifi throughout the complex.

About Rees


As a family with 2 young children, we fell under the spell of this breath-taking area and were lucky enough to purchase this property as it was being developped, so we could choose the best flat, which we did!

Why Rees chose Montenegro

First and foremost, we choose this place for the view, it is absolutely wonderful. You cannot tire of it.

Second, we wanted to be able to enjoy real summers: nice and hot weather!

Third, as Montenegro can be very hot in the summer, a place with a pool was a must. This one has two!

We chose a flat on the second and last floor, so that not only it gives the best view over the fjord, but also prevents any "annoying scraping noises" that we have all experienced on holidays.

Last, the flat is close enough to Kotor (10-15mn walk) to enjoy its bars and restaurants without being disturbed by the nightlife.

What makes this apartment unique

This property is the most comfortable of the complex, offering air-conditioning in ALL rooms, and it has real shutters, allowing comfortable, less stuffy nights.

We loved the food, the people and the atmosphere. I had the pool to myself every morning, it was fab. We even enjoyed the exersize up the 65 steps! Every day. We are very grateful to everybody who made our stay such a successful holiday.

There is a play area with climbing frame and swings. Utility Room: Washing machine. Ironing board and iron. Drying rack. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and changed on changeover days. If you desire additional cleaning during your stay, please co-ordinate with the meet and greet representative directly. Final cleaning is responsibility of tenant. Booking Notes:
To secure the reservation a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
Payment by PayPal or bank transfer (please pay charges yourself). Payment in Euros possible. The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival, a refundable security deposit of 100€ is to be left with the property manager to cover any damages or if additional cleaning is required at the end of the stay.
Please check with the property manager upon arrival for the payment of the tourist tax.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible.
Arrival on changeover day is from 3pm and the property has to be vacated by 10am on depature day. Our representative will meet you at the property.
