Great Location, Great Facilities, Spotlessly clean, Comfortable, Spacious.

If your looking for a great base to enjoy this part of the Costa Blanca you cant do much better than this place, the apartment was extremely well presented and went above and beyond the description provided, every possible home comfort is there for you.

The pool has recently been up-graded and is quiet, safe and spotless.

You are 10 minutes walk from some great bars and restaurants and 5-10 minute drive from the beach.

Derek offers great support also.

My only regret.......I didn't leave a nice message in the visitors book which I fully intended to do but simply packed so much into my 2 weeks I clean forgot, however this book is packed with great reviews from very happy visitors.

Great Apartment!

What a lovely apartment! When we opened the door the apartment smelt clean and fresh. It was really well looked after and all the furnishings were like new. The pool was nearby and had recently been refurbished. It was a good size and the surroundings were good too. We had a great holiday. Would definitely go again!

Excellent apartment and relaxing holiday

Apartment was light and airy, with modern styling and good quality furnishings. The crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils were to a very good standard (although not very much used by ourselves!).

The apartment layout lent itself to an open comfortable feel and certainly generous in size for 2 people in our case, or a small family.

The gardens and pool are conveniently located and are to an excellent standard and well maintained.

The local Supermarket, a 10 minute comfortable walk away, provided an excellent selection of food and wines.

The local plazas look a little tired although still providing a few fine restaurants, in particular the Italian venue and Rollo's for an excellent English breakfast. However, the Fuente Plaza which is a little further way is a modern centre with a fine choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches are a short taxi or car journey away and we would especially suggest the Nautilus Restaurant which is located by the sea. This provides an excellent choice of Spanish cuisine and good service.

The holiday provided us, as a couple, with a superb base location in which we met family and friends.

Access to both Alicante and Murcia airports is very good.

We would recommend this apartment to our family and friends.

The listing description is accurate and the Owners provided a very good folder with all relevant information included.

We both had a superb holiday and are looking forward to returning.

Great area for a holiday. Lots of bars and restaurants. Plenty for the children to do. Good beaches.

Nearest Airport : San Javier - Murcia at 20 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Alicante at 40 Kilometres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

There are numerous clean, sandy beaches ideal for swimming or paddling, just a short drive away. The nearest beach, at La Zenia, is just a five minute drive away.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Murcia - San Javier which is just a 25 minute drive away. Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive from the apartment.

Distances:

The nearest shops and bars are a 10 minute walk, whilst there are many other shops, bars and restaurants within a 20 minute walk.

Bookings are made direct with the owners (who use the apartment as their own holiday home, and a booking form is sent. An initial deposit of £50 is requested with the booking, and the balance is due four weeks before the holiday. Keys and directions are sent two weeks before arrival.

A refundable key/breakage deposit of £50 is required before arrival, to be refunded as soon as the keys have been returned and the property inspected by our English speaking representative.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeovers are preferred, but we can be flexible. Please ask if you want other arrival and departure days. Timing of arrival and departure can also be flexible.
Minimum booking period is one week.

Notes on prices:
Prices include cleaning and laundry, and use of air conditioning. I.e. nothing extra to pay while you are there.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment comprises two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and lounge area, with a sunny south facing balcony. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with two large settees, coffee tables and TV. The property has satellite TV with over 300 channels, including all your favourites. Outside: The sunny balcony overlooks a peaceful park area and has a patio table and 6 chairs, for dining al fresco or a quiet glass of wine and a good book. Breakfast on the balcony is a must. You can smoke on the balcony (but not inside please) and ashtrays are provided. There are sun loungers in the apartment for use round the pool or gardens, or you can get away from it all and do a bit of sunbathing up on the large communal roof solarium. The beautifully maintained communal pool is 100 m from the apartment and has extensive grassed areas for sunbathing, with shaded areas for when you need it. There is a shallow pool for the children and the whole area is secure, which is ideal for families. Also within easy reach are numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Food shopping is easy with two large supermarkets nearby. A brand new, very large shopping mall has just been opened 5 minutes drive away. Utility Room: There is no utility room, but the apartment has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and bed linen are provided prior to arrival. Please note, price includes air-conditioning and clean and laundry after departure English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. Own beach towels are required.
