The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The balcony overlooks a peaceful park area so you can sit or eat outside without being overlooked. And for serious sunbathing there is a solarium up top. The pool here is truly one of the best in the area, with ample gardens to sit around without tripping over other people. If you want somewhere comfortable and not too expensive, where the weather is good and there is lots to do, as the base for a great holiday, then this is the place for you.

Also good for a bit of peace and quiet. There's plenty of room around the pool, even in summer, to just laze and read a book.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment comprises two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and lounge area, with a sunny south facing balcony. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with two large settees, coffee tables and TV. The property has satellite TV with over 300 channels, including all your favourites. Outside: The sunny balcony overlooks a peaceful park area and has a patio table and 6 chairs, for dining al fresco or a quiet glass of wine and a good book. Breakfast on the balcony is a must. You can smoke on the balcony (but not inside please) and ashtrays are provided. There are sun loungers in the apartment for use round the pool or gardens, or you can get away from it all and do a bit of sunbathing up on the large communal roof solarium. The beautifully maintained communal pool is 100 m from the apartment and has extensive grassed areas for sunbathing, with shaded areas for when you need it. There is a shallow pool for the children and the whole area is secure, which is ideal for families. Also within easy reach are numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Food shopping is easy with two large supermarkets nearby. A brand new, very large shopping mall has just been opened 5 minutes drive away. Utility Room: There is no utility room, but the apartment has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and bed linen are provided prior to arrival. Please note, price includes air-conditioning and clean and laundry after departure English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. Own beach towels are required. Other: The balcony overlooks a peaceful park area and has a patio table and 6 chairs, for dining al fresco or a quiet glass of wine and a good book. Breakfast on the balcony is a must. What a beautiful apartment and very tastefully done with lovely furnishings. The minute you walk in to the apartment it definitely has a home from home feeling. Derek and Janet have thought of absolutely everything anyone would need even down to basic suppplies for when you arrive. We arrived late in the evening so this was very welcome. Lovely refurbished pool. Derek was very helpful with any queries we had before our stay. Nice quiet location within easy reach to restaurants and Bars. Would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful apartment.

This apartment is certainly worth a 5 star rating

If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in tranquil surroundings with every home comfort catered for this is the one for you. As soon as you walk through the front door it becomes apparent that this apartment has everything that you are going to need during your stay, including card and board games, toys, books, CD's and DVD's; this really is home from home.

The apartment itself is decorated to a very high standard, extremely clean and a lovely place to relax. There are essentials provisions waiting for you (in the fridge) upon your arrival to save you a visit to the local supermarket

Something we found to be a real bonus was being able to take the sunbeds to the pool to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, I would also add that there is plenty of room around the pool for everyone to have their own space with plenty of natural shade if required.

Derek and Janet have provided a concise welcome pack that gives you lots of information about the area, and visitors are invited to add their own comments regarding popular places to eat and visit.

A hire car is certainly required if you intend to visit some of the lovely beaches along the coast road.

Communication with Janet & Derek was first class both during the booking process & on our return from a lovely holiday.

We would certainly recommend this apartment to our friends & family and we would definitely stay here again if the accommodation was available.

This property ticks every box :

Great Location, Great Facilities, Spotlessly clean, Comfortable, Spacious.

If your looking for a great base to enjoy this part of the Costa Blanca you cant do much better than this place, the apartment was extremely well presented and went above and beyond the description provided, every possible home comfort is there for you.

The pool has recently been up-graded and is quiet, safe and spotless.

You are 10 minutes walk from some great bars and restaurants and 5-10 minute drive from the beach.

Derek offers great support also.

My only regret.......I didn't leave a nice message in the visitors book which I fully intended to do but simply packed so much into my 2 weeks I clean forgot, however this book is packed with great reviews from very happy visitors.

Refundable Damage Deposit £50

Booking Notes:
Bookings are made direct with the owners (who use the apartment as their own holiday home, and a booking form is sent. An initial deposit of £50 is requested with the booking, and the balance is due four weeks before the holiday. Keys and directions are sent two weeks before arrival.

A refundable key/breakage deposit of £50 is required before arrival, to be refunded as soon as the keys have been returned and the property inspected by our English speaking representative.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeovers are preferred, but we can be flexible. Please ask if you want other arrival and departure days. Timing of arrival and departure can also be flexible.
Minimum booking period is one week.

Notes on prices:
Prices include cleaning and laundry, and use of air conditioning. I.e. nothing extra to pay while you are there.
