This beautifully furnished two storey, three bedroom private apartment with secluded rooftop terrace, sheltered from the wind, provides a peaceful and rural haven whilst still within walking distance of local amenities and the beach. On the lower level, leading off a light coloured entrance hall with spiral staircase, a smart double bedroom and twin room are separated by a titled bathroom with large wet room style shower. The staircase reveals a fully equipped island kitchen complete with dishwasher and an open plan modern lounge with entertainment centre, plush modern furnishings, WIFI and impressive flat screen TV. The upper level also comprises a third bedroom and a second neat bathroom. The spectacular location of this apartment can be appreciated from the consistently sunny terrace entertaining space, with barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs, outdoor built-in shower cubicle (with hot and cold water) and hottub-jacuzzi which can be illuminated in the evening when enjoying the panoramic vista from volcanic mountains out to the sailing boats on the sea.

This is a large and spacious apartament. This really is a peaceful, rural haven. The Modern style apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large modern living room, and Open kitchen fully equipped from home to home. The two larger bedroom is downstairs and a smaller bedroom upstairs, The Apartament is complete with WIFI and large modern flatsceen TV and entertainment center. The Jacuzzi is on the large terrace which allows you to soak up the spectacular sea and vulcano views.the Terrace is sheltered from the wind and receive sund from dawn til dusk!the terrace is all private and can not be overlooked.Other amenities on the terrace area include a BBQ and shower with hot and cold water and a washroom.

Penthouse. Costa Teguise

We only spend 4 nights there and it was brilliant. The layout of the living area is just perfect with views across Costa Teguise and the sea. The sun is on the terrace all day. The hot tub was definitely a bonus. The setting was perfect as it was so quiet but only 5/10 minutes walk to the promenade. The supermarket was at the end of the street and had everything we needed and was at a reasonable price. We had a drink in the bar below (lovely people). This seemed to close early so there was never any noise at night (we probably couldn't have heard it anyway).

We got a taxi from the airport and cost us 25-30 euro.You could probably get it cheaper from "First Minute" or similar. We had no need for a car once at the resort.

Would love to go again but for 2 weeks next time.

Amazing views but tired apartment

The roof terrace and the hot tub are the main selling points of this apartment. The views are truly superb and the hot tub a lovely addition and great to relax in. It also has superb wifi and a huge television screen. Its location is very handy for the town, the beach and not too far from the shops with even a small supermarket just behind this Spanish residential block. The property manager Mark was, as ever extremely helpful and friendly, especially when we had a power cut.

This was our second visit, our first was when the apartment first became available and we were hoping that the quality of the décor and furnishing would have improved on the owner’s “alternative” choices. It’s very shabby, certainly not plush! with worn settee throws, and broken blinds and it probably hasn’t been redecorated for years. It’s well set up for two people but it would be a struggle for four or more with only two “half-working” bar stools and four outside dining chairs with a small table. The main double bed is memory foam and very comfortable but the two twins are old and the final double is a bed settee. The main bed would benefit from a mattress protector as the manufacturers cover shows the stains of previous guests. The main bedroom was damp with plaster peeling off the lower length of one wall, had to wash all clothes in the bottom drawers because of strong damp smell.

The roof terrace would benefit from a clear out of the owners rusting weight lifting equipment and a huge stack of old green chairs and a broken sun-lounger. We did not use the BBQ as it was so dirty.

The pull-out canopy which was away being repaired never re-appeared during the whole month we were there despite reassurances that it was just waiting to be delivered. The hot tub leaked for the whole month requiring constant tedious mopping of the terrace and topping up of the tub every other day. But we did take on board that a decent amount of non- occupancy was needed to sort this out and it was apparently due to happen at the end of our month.

With a rise of 80% in cost over the past 18 months this is certainly not good value for an apartment that needs considerable owner investment to improve the quality, especially with the wide choice available on the island.

Ok so first the good! my husband and I stayed at this apartment and we were impressed on how private it was, we were impressed with the Manger Mark, nothing was too much trouble, he was at the end of the phone for any questions we had, the apartment was fully equipped and we found everything that we needed. It is quite central in Costa Teguise and nothing was too far away.

The not so good! We were so happy with the apartment and the location that we decided we wanted to re book for the following March, we went onto the site to see if our required dates were available, they were but imagine our surprise when we saw that the price had increased by just under 50% !!

The apartment is no way worth the hefty price increase, yes Netflix has been added but please 50% increase no way!! We understand that costs rise and we were ready for that but imagine our surprise at how much !

It would have to be something really special for us to want to pay the price you are now asking, it would need serious decoration and upgrade to the patio furniture on the balcony to warrant the price increase...it is a 3 bed apartment with only 2 sun loungers? I mean really you can get a 3 bed villa for less?

Moan over please don't think that there is anything wrong with the apartment because there isn't it is private and secluded and the price we paid was excellent..Sorry though price increase not worth it..

Location, location, location

The apartment is fantastically located - very close to town but far enough out for the peace and quiet. The outdoor space is absolutely fantastic - completely private, possibly the best roof terrace space we saw in the whole town !

The apartment is comfortable but needs a little bit of an upgrade - normal for a holiday apartment I think. This is not a reflection on Mark who does a fantastic job servicing the property - he helped us with a few teething problems upon arrival but could not have done any more than asked. It is a real bonus to have such a nice chap available for anything that you need when in a foreign country, first rate customer service.

Will definitely be going back....

Very comfortable and homely.

Excellent view, good facilities and helpful property manager. Our only criticism would be the out-datedness of some of the equipment - namely a kettle that was ageing and leaking and problems with a couple of pictures and a headboard mounted on the wall which fell off for no apparent reason other than bad wall fixings which did not withstand a wind draught when you opened the front door. (Lanzarote is well-known for its windy nature)!

The bedroom storage was not modern and there was a lack of drawer space, but overall the property was very comfortable, conveniently situated and the jacuzzi was excellent.

A lovely, relaxed week away

The apartment is wonderfully situated high up giving beautiful views of the spectacular surroundings of the mountains and sea. The apartment itself was well furnished (if not looking a little tired in some areas -- photos do need updating!!!) and comfortable. I must say-- the jacuzzi was a personal favourite and used very regularly by me and my partner throughout the week. We arrived and the WiFi was not working-- however Mark came over straight away and although couldn't fix it until the Wednesday-- he was prompt and caring.. (We didnt mind too much that the wifi wasnt on) The dishwasher was a god send and very useful.

The only downfall were our very noisy and heavy handed neighbours. Whilst we ensured we respected them with the use of the hot tub within the allocated times I would have assumed they would do the same with their radio station and music blaring out at 1am!!!!! This, however was not the fault of the apartment or Mark/Rachel but did get very tiresome and annoying.

We came to Lanzarote for a week of relaxation and peace. The local Chinese known as 'The Asian Restaurant' was a fond favourite and we would highly recommend there. Not so impressed with the Indian spice restaurant where they seemed to struggle making a basic tikka masala.

Everyone is friendly enough and quiet (except the immediate heavy handed neighbours)

A perfect place to disappear with beautiful views and a wonderfully bubbling hot tub! Thank you very much to Mark especially for being prompt and helpful with our wifi issue! A great stay, thank you!
