Villa in Arles sur Tech, Pyrenees Orientales, South of France. Quiet Location But With Easy Access To Towns, Mountains And Coast

Casa Sola is perfectly located to explore the Pyrenees Orientale region which boasts stunning mountain scenery and lovely coastline. This south-facing property boasts stunning views, a peaceful location and great indoor and outdoor space. It is a lovely villa rated FOUR STARS by Etoiles de France providing all you need to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. With 2 outdoor pools (one in-ground and one above ground) it is a great place for families or friends. The outdoor space is set over 3 terraces, each having fabulous views. The villa is well-equipped with all conveniences necessary to make your stay relaxing. In addition to the well-equipped kitchen the lounge includes a large screen tv with access to UK television, a DVD player and Chromecast facility. There is WiFi available and a 2nd lounge area to chill in. Please note the property is not suitable for those with limited mobility as it is built into the hillside and has a number of steps to access the property. Pets are not allowed at the property.

The lower part of the house is a seperate apartment with private entrance and private and gated outside space, this is used by the owners.

John and Wendy bought Casa Sola at the end of 2014. It was their long-held dream to move to France and also to own a holiday let.

As extensive users of rental properties they have used that experience to create a place that they hope guests will want to return to.

Firstly we love France, the life, the culture, the people and of course the food. Having decided to definitely live the dream we searched a number of areas but every time we came to the Pyrenees Orientale we just got a huge buzz, it's climate and location just ticked all our boxes. With over 300 days of sunshine it was perfect, then the location of Casa Sola being close to the beautiful mountains means we are able to enjoy lovely walks and the stunning scenery.

What makes this villa unique

The location means we have peace, quiet and solitude but we are also close to all we need for day to day living plus the added bonus of easy and quick access to attractions and the coast.

The access to a range of airports nearby is also a benefit enabling friends and family to visit easily.

Change of linen can be provided weekly on request for an additional charge. Beach towels can also be provided for a small charge.
