About MME GRUMEAU PAMELA

I have been living in the resort since 1981 so can give you lots of information and advice on the ski-ing. On arrival in the resort, I meet you in order to show you to the flat which avoids losing time looking for the building!

Why MME GRUMEAU PAMELA chose Les Arcs area

Les Arcs offers vaste and varied ski-ing, Arc 1800 benifits from many tree lined slopes and the villages are car free and give direct acces to the ski lifts. The Pierra Menta building is next to the indoor car park for unloading on arrival, all amenities are just outside and skis can be put on just above the building to go down to the lifts and one can ski back to the same place. The children's learning area is just above the building also. The buildings are in wood which blend in nicely with the surrounding mountain scenery.

What makes this apartment unique

The nobel price winner Charlotte Perriand designed the resort which was founded by a family of local farmers who decided that their mountain pastures would make a fantastic ski area! The ski-ing in Les Arcs offers something for everyone from beginners to confirmed skiers, the high mountain ski runs and tree lined slopes are a great combination, offering great views in nice weather and sheltered ski-ing when the weather's not so good.

Quilts with cover and pillow cases are provided, the flat should be left clean by those renting before departure. Notes on prices
Reduced prices for 14 days and more. Parking charges are not included in the above price list. Possibility of ski pass price reduction.
Changeover day
The normal changeover day is Saturday with departure before 10am and arrival as from 2pm; I am in resort in order to hand over keys etc

Booking notes
I require a £250 deposit cheque or transfer when reserving, this deposit is given back at the end of your stay. A 30% downpayment is required when booking and the balance can be paid on arrival, a 45 euro cleaning deposit is required on arrival also. Payment in sterling is possible.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
