Lovely cosy chalet ideally located for walkers, beach lovers and sight seers. The property has full central heating and both a bath and shower, ideal for washing the sand off after a hard day’s playing on the beach or soaking those aching muscles after a long walk along the beautiful coast path. Outside there is a decking area with BBQ, just bring your own coals. Inside the property is well equipped with everything to make your holiday easy including 32’ Freeview TV with DVD player. In the main bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bunk beds, these will all be made up on arrival. The open plan lounge kitchen has comfy seating for 4 plus a fold out dining table also eating 4 people.
We pride ourselves on keeping the chalet clean for our guests and have refurbished it for the 2018 with fresh new furniture from IKEA, a new sofa and carpets in the bedrooms. We very much look forward to having you stay in our chalet and hope you have a wonderful experience in the Isle of Wight.
We are a family of four, took a holiday in 2011 to the Isle of Wight and loved it. We then had the opportunity to buy a chalet and the rest is history.
We come here year on year and enjoy the freedom and fresh air, there is always something to do for every age - we never get bored.
Debbie Cleasby purchased this chalet in 2012
Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and the chalet is on a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle and gives the children freedom to play and roam.
This is a well equipped chalet that lies within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The location is ideal for walkers and families with an array of attractions nearby. There is the Dinosaur museum, the Isle Of Wight Zoo, and great play park all in walking distance. Culver Down is within a half an hour walk with lovely views. Sandown bay has an excellent blue flag beach,. Sandown itself has many shops and restaurants as well as a supermarket. Isle of Wight hosts many events throughout the year from their infamous carnivals, walking festivals, cycling and not forgetting the IOW music festival. Isle of Wight offers something for everyone and great place for a great holiday
Where else can you go that offers great value for money and gives you the opportunity to explore all the exciting things that the island has to offer.
"Chalet 105 made an excellent base for our week on the IOW. It was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It's in a good spot on the site, with easy access to the coastal path. Debbie, the owner, was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this chalet"
"Had a really lovely time went with my two small children and we never ran out of things to do, the apartment was clean and comfortable and it was a really friendly place we would defiantly go again. ;) "
We had a great short break, plenty of walking and sight seeing. Chalet was lovely and surroundings peaceful and restful. Batteries have been re-charged.
A great place : good location on the corner of the site, so lots of privacy as well as the children being able to meet friends. The chalet was excellently equipped, everything you would need and the heating was a real boon in the gales and heavy showers we had. Debbie was very helpful in letting us purchase a WiFi link which worked well. The chalets are small but worked well for our grandchildren (9 and 6). Lovely country surroundings and the beach and Sandown just 10 mins walk down the path.
A well presented chalet, perfect for a couple looking for a quiet stay, not too far from local amenities
Ideal for what we needed locationwise
Clean and tidy chalet. Owner sorted issue with shower straight away. Would recommend and stay again
A wonderful stay for our family of four. The chalet is extremely well equipped with everything you would possibly want. We enjoyed having lots of bbqs on the decking and our boys loved playing on the green with the neighbouring children. The chalet is located in a central location to lots of the tourist attractions. We enjoyed the short walk from here down to Sanddown beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.
