First floor Victorian Apartment in the very heart of Inverness. With three bedrooms and two large reception rooms, this spacious apartment, with private off street parking, is in a quiet residential street while being only a few minutes walk from the city centre, River Ness and the many fine restaurants that Inverness has to offer. We have just finished refurbishing our apartment with new wooden floorings and carpets, freshly painted it throughout and finished it with new furniture, curtains and bedding. We have retained the Victorian charm and features so the apartment offers a peaceful modern yet traditional and homely feel. The front door with etched glass panel is at street level behind traditional solid wood storm doors and leads to a wide carpeted staircase that sweeps round onto the first floor. Here you will find the master bedroom, bathroom, large living room and a spacious dining/living room which leads through to the well equipped kitchen. There is the added bonus of a back door in the kitchen which leads to an external staircase and down to the shared garden and drying green below. Through door in the living room you will find a second staircase which leads up to the twin bedded room and the single bedded room. Both with good headroom and of good size. The stairs are steep and a little quirky so we feel they are not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility. Inverness is a vibrant city with lots to see and do and the surrounding area has spectacular scenery. Our apartment is a perfect location from which to explore. The city itself is both delightful and thriving. There are lovely riverside walks along the River Ness and around the Ness Islands which are overlooked by the Castle on the skyline. There is seating along the walks on which to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Eden Court Theatre and Cinema, which is a pleasant walk from the apartment could be the venue for a movie or show after a nice meal along the riverside. A large leisure centre, an ice rink and a wide selection of shops, cafes and excellent restaurants all make Inverness a desirable place to visit.
"A fantastic place to stay"
I stayed here with friends for a weekend away to Inverness in June. What a brilliant find. Booking was easy and efficient, the apartment itself is modern with beautiful soft furnishings and a very well stocked kitchen. It even had a Tassimo coffee machine and a dishwasher!! Lovely comfortable beds and luxury bed linen made for a fab stay. The apartment has a fresh and bright feel to it but still manges to feel cosy and homely. I would definitely come back and have been recommending it to all my friends. It's a few minutes walk from the city centre with off road parking. Absolutely lovely.

We stayed here for 5 nights in January, the flat was clean, warm and homely with many stylish touches, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very convenient for the city centre and good restaurants nearby - I highly recommend this apartment

At the time of booking we require a 20% deposit to secure your week/break then the balance needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Along with the balance payment we also require the £150 security deposit just in case of any damage to the Apartment, this is refunded within a couple of days of your departure once the flat has been checked and all is ok.
During Peak period weeks our changeover day is a Saturday. This is flexible during quieter months.
Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am.
