Comfortable apartment with outstanding views

A superb base to explore the local area, this apartment is within easy walking distance of St Ives.

Parking is a bit tight but at least there IS parking - many places in this area do not have parking at all!

The apartment itself is very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay and we really enjoyed staying here.

One minor thing to improve the apartment would be a DVD player and a few dvds to watch on a rainy day or evening with nothing on the TV.

We would definitely stay here again.

It's a dream

Lovely apartment, we had everything we needed. Grace (the owner) is very easy to talk to, has been hugely helpful.

The views are absolutely fantastic, were able to spot seals on a daily basis from the flat. Also we were lucky enough to see dolphins in St Ives close to the shore. 10mins walk to the town and free car parking at the property. Perfect place to relax and to forget about all your problems. Divine.

Location

Coast/Beach:

There are busy family beaches to popular water sports venues and wide-open flat sands and tucked away hidden sun traps. Most of the beaches employ fully qualified Lifeguards during the summer months.

Porthmeor Beach is only a fifteen minute walk away, surfing lessons are available on this beach. The Harbour beach and Porthminster beach is 10 minutes walk away.

Carbis Bay Beach is a 10 minute walk away. At low tide, there is a lovely walk along the beach through to Lelant.

Travel:

A short walk from the St Ives train station. Use of a car is not essential as all amenities and beaches are just a short walk.

Further Details:

There are many good restaurants, within the town, a Tesco supermarket is situated on the outskirts of St Ives in Carbis Bay. There are several, smaller supermarkets within the town. Most of the major Banks are in St Ives Town with cash withdrawal machines.

Numerous Surf shops, where Surf boards and wetsuits can be hired.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
