Situated on a quiet residential street just six minutes walk from the prestigious Old Port of Javea with its pretty marina and sea front, La Grava Beach and tasteful restaurants and shops. This apartment will particularly appeal to those seeking proximity to the seafront and local facilities in this more restful part of Javea. This apartment built in 2004 is part of one of the best residential complexes known as Floridamar Residential in Javea. It is a bright friendly apartment with its own private terrace plus marble floors, double glazing & more importantly for our winter guests, under floor central heating.

An excellent apartment in great surroundings.

The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained and lived up to the property description if not more. The gardens and pool are very well maintained and remained spotless for the week due to the gardener presence most of the time. A large pool set in lovely gardens which was quiet in the morning but a few more people in the afternoon but never packed so really nice.

It is in a good location a little off of the Arenal the sandy beach, but walkable distance to the Port area with great restaurants and pebble beach which we love so suited us completely.

We would not hesitate to recommend this to friends in fact already have. The management company offered good service and communication was very good.

To sum up we could not find any faults thus we will be looking to book the apartment again for future holidays.

Bright and clean with open views

Has everything you need for a holiday. Good location as it's a quiet area but short walk to the port area. Open views and west facing. Clean and well-maintained. Good customer service from the manager. I would recommend it to anyone . I especially like the french windows in the bedroom and living room which open onto the terrace and make it feel spacious as I'm claustrophobic ! I like La Bodeguilla restaurant for value quality friendliness and lovely sea-front location.
