Situated on a quiet residential street just six minutes walk from the prestigious Old Port of Javea with its pretty marina and sea front, La Grava Beach and tasteful restaurants and shops. The Ground Floor Garden apartment will particularly appeal to those seeking proximity to the seafront and local facilities in this more restful part of Javea. This luxury ground floor apartment built in 2004 is part of one of the best residential complexes known as Floridamar Residential in Javea. It is a bright friendly apartment with its own private garden and Terrace and has access directly to the communal pool, marble floors, UK TV, air conditioning, double glazing and mosquito nets in the 2 bedrooms & more importantly for our winter guests, under floor central heating throughout. This Ground floor garden apartment comprises of a lounge with patio doors leading to a large covered terrace and private garden which has access directly to the pool and communal gardens, with ample dining outside space for 4 people to dine overlooking the Pool. The apartment has 2 bedrooms rooms one double with an en-suite bathroom, and 1 twin room has the use of a separate full shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with Washing machine, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster. A full range of English TV channels are available as well as a DVD player and CD Player in the lounge.Also just installed Wifi. The complex has its own attractive well maintained Gardens, large outdoor Swimming Pool, Paddling pool for children, children’s outside play area and an outside Jacuzzi. Additionally there are resident’s changing facilities for use when taking advantage of the private short tennis court or sauna. The Port in Javea where the apartment is located is a ramble of whitewashed houses that sit snugly around the clear, calm waters of the Mediterranean, from the apartment to the port is a short walk of about 5 minutes. A main avenue leads down to the seafront and is filled with tropical palms, beneath which locals and visitors can be found sitting and passing the time of day. The Port possesses an alluring charm that attracts many visitors to its pebbly beach, delightful restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques, there are also supermarkets, and banks everything you could possibly need. Further along the seafront is the Arenal a popular sandy beach ideally equipped to cater for all the family. With something for everyone in the Javea area you'd be hard pushed to fit it all in during just one trip. Golf, tennis, horse riding, walking, go-karting, shopping or simply sitting on the beach or lazing by the pool, whatever your choice, it’s all within a short distance.

Happy half term break

A ground floor apartment with a spacious terrace and good-sized communal swimming pool. The apartment was immaculately clean and very well located for Javea port. The grandfather Acacian of the apartment was brilliant for our two young children as they have space to move around freely and now worries regarding falls ! We had a lovely holiday with great weather in late October

Spot on!

The agency was recommended by a local, so I put aside my normal scepticism, and was absolutely delighted. The listing was completely accurate, even the time to walk to the port (as a non driver, this was important to me).

Well furnished apartment, with all the facilities one could require. My only regret was that it couldn't be implanted where I live in England.

The property was clean, well decorated and very easy to maintain.

There was a problem with an ill fitting key, which was very promptly dealt with.

I would have no problems in recommending this apartment, and it has opened my eyes to how much better a choice it is than staying in a hotel (I'd previously visited Javea on five occasions in the last two years, each time staying at the Parador).

By comparison with the beach down the road at the Arenal (touristy), the port area is far more laid back, and more Spanish.

The choice of restaurants was excellent, and after a three month stay, a period of abstinence is called for. I'll not comment on individual restaurants, because everyone has different tastes, but all are catered for.

Finally, I should say that I will be back in September (same agency, same block, different ground floor apartment), and I will be booking this apartment again next year for the same time and period.
