We will require a non refundable deposit of £200 at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is invoiced 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any bookings taken within 8 weeks of the stay will be invoiced for the full payment.
We will ask all guests to complete a reservation form and we always acknowledge payments received with a booking confirmation/receipt.

Changeover Day:
We prefer a changeover day of Saturday - Saturday but will aim to be flexible whenever possible.
