Less than 3,5km away from the city and just 600 metres away from the deep blue beach of Visalias, in the south-western area of the island, this lovely , newly built Superior Villa ,is surely of the most conveniently located villas in Skiathos Location. Full in green from olives and pines,the villa stands afloat on the vast blue of the Aegean with the small islands of Skiathos and the western area of Skopelos to be its landscape. Modern architecture design but with the local aesthetic character preserved and with ablative decoration, built with passion for your pleasure.

The villa consists of three bedrooms with double queen's beds each, plus two very modern and fully equipped bathrooms.On the 45 sqm wooden deck the pool plus a kiosk and dining facilities, are nested.Up to seven people can sleep.The whole place has stunning sea views. A charming environment awaits and promises you unforgettable moments of calmness and relaxation, as despite it stands alone on the top of Katsarou hill, at the same time is very close to Skiathos town

About john Adamos

I live in Volos and in Skiathos (me and two daughters). We launched this project as an occupation after retirement with the aim to offer high level holiday services at reasonable cost, preserving the home style and the personal human relations. As we are not hotel professionals (I am an economist working for a bank) this will be our hobby (with very serious approach) to combine some extra money with the pleasure of keeping people satisfied.

Lovely location and views.

Villa is advertised for 7 people, the living space indoors is a little cramped for 7 people. There is not enough and hanging space for clothes..

The outdoor space around the pool is good though and the views over Skiathos town and the bay are idyllic..

The location is very private but the approach down the driveway does need some explanation as it is very tight and winding to drive up and down, it could be a bit hairy if you're not a confident driver.

Other than that there were a couple of minor problems with plumbing and electrics but the owner John and housekeeper sorted them out very quickly.

It is a very nice Villa in a tranquil location.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is daily cleaning (thorough twice per week) and sheets and towels change every three days.
