We enjoyed a perfect week at Bayview House, it is a real gem, beautifully furnished and equipped with all we needed. The beds and generous bedroom storage deserve a special mention, as does the fact that there was an ensuite and separate toilet in addition to the main bathroom- ideal as we were a party of four adults and two children. > The position of the house is lovely being close to Benllech's safe sandy beach with stunning views across Red Wharf Bay from the lounge and balcony. Benllech itself is an ideal centre with a good range of shops and easy access to explore the rest of the island whether on foot or by car.There are lots of places to eat close by; we particularly enjoyed Menai Bridge which has a great selection of both pubs and restaurants. > The owners, who we met when we arrived, were friendly and helpful and had answered all our previous queries promptly.As our grandson announced on inspection the house is brill.

Impressive property

What a joy, the Internet does not do the holiday let any justice. It was amazing, all the rooms were large, the open plan living space was lovely and the views were to die for. The house was well equip and didn't feel that they needed anything else other than a coffee machine/Cafetière.

The bathrooms were all lovely.

Will definitely be back.

Beautiful, well positioned house.

We were thrilled with the house, it was everything we expected plus more!! The photograph's on the internet don't do it justice.

The huge living/dining area provided a perfect space for our families needs. Lots of floor space to play & a huge dining table for family meals.

We enjoyed a BBQ whilst taking in the lovely sea views.

A perfectly located house, just 5 minute walk to the beach (10 minute walk back- up hill!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location and fantastic 'upside down house'!

We spent May half term at the property and had a fantastic time (including being very fortunate with the weather!)

The location is perfect for walking down to Benllech beach (roughly 10 mins with kids and beach bags) and easy enough to pop back to if you realise you left something behind.

The house itself is lovely, the kids called it the 'upside down house' as bedrooms are downstairs, allowing fab views from the upper floor open plan living/dining/kitchen area. It is really clean and all the furniture is great quality and perfect for the setting. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more besides) to be able to cook a few nights, but also make the most of the great eating places in Benllech and around Anglesey. There were lots of beach toys and equipment (buckets, spades, bat and balls, windbreaks, chairs, etc) which meant we could have plenty of fun too. There were board games, magazines and an internet-ready TV so if the weather hadn't been great, there would have been plenty of options inside too.

Benllech is a great base to explore the rest of the island, close to Lligwy beach (even more secluded and peaceful than Benllech) and really easy to get to the other side for Rhosneigr or Holyhead too. But with beautiful weather and everything there, we had few reasons to stray from Benllech.

We will definitely be back to Anglesey, and will be hoping to get back in our 'upside down beach house' too - a perfect family holiday.

Fantastic property for A family stunning sea views

We had a wonderful week here and would book again in a heartbeat. Bedrooms are downstairs, with kitchen lounge upstairs to take advantage of the views. Its a huge living space and the photos dont do it justice. Its all well equipt (just could do with a garlic crusher and scales in the kitchen to make it perfect) The beach is a 5 minute walk, and tesco /co-op 2 min drive away. Great property for a dog, garden is a great size. Kids loved the huge TV !

Fantastic

I arrived on the 28/03/2016 with my Husband, Dad and 2 children aged 2 and 6. I was thoroughly impressed with the accommodation and location. The house was lovely, I really don't think the pictures do it justice. I will defiantly be looking to stay again in the near future. Owners provided great customer service :)

Stunning view

Perfect location for staying in Benllech, especially with our working Cocker Spaniel. Just a short walk to the beach and yet high enough to have a stunning view of the sea. Highlight was our first night cooking on the hob whilst looking out to sea. Wonderful breakfasts on the balcony as the sun shone on it each morning. Would highly recommend. It may seem expensive for a week but it was money very well spent. The Old Boathouse is our favourite restaurant but we enjoyed walking along the beach to St David's Tavern too.

Property overlooks the glorious sandy bay of Benllech and can be reached by walking less than 5 minutes or one minute driving. Benllech is an award winning beach and Red Wharf Bay is a short stroll round the coast. Lligwy beaches and Traeth Bychan are a short drive away.
