This house is in a quiet area and has a convenient bus route with direct bus connections to Barnstaple, Ilfracombe, Bideford, Appledore and Westward Ho! and is close enough to nearby amenities. We offer a great Sky tv package in two rooms and also Wifi.
Beautiful place to stay,we had a lovely week. Our children enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond, such a nice garden. Warm and friendly welcome by the owners. Excellent property for a large family. Definitely would recommend. Plenty to do and see in the surrounding areas. The beach at Instow is lovely. It was our favourite beach to go to.
Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Central to all places in Devon. Lovely house and all the rooms are so comfortable. Fantastic house for a family.
We had a fantastic time, the property was excellent and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The local area was great for shops, site seeing and the beech. We would defiantly stay again.
Booking process was very straightforward and with quick replies from owner. Warm welcome from owners on arrival.
Facilities are great with home-from-home feel. Very well equipped kitchen, lounge (Sky TV, wifi etc). The garden is a delight and on 'good weather days' was lovely to spend family time in, as well as for evening drinks! Children loved feeding the fish in the pond. Very convenient location with many local sites and visitor attractions within easy reach. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
Would suggest you request email information (directions etc) week prior to arrival)... not a criticism, just a suggestion!
