Moulin is a cost-effective option for families and friends who want to enjoy precious Port side views and a balcony. Moulin is set back one block back from the Port side so is quieter but still has great views because of the low buildings in front. Its kitchen is well equipped and the living area is well furnished for four people. Two quiet bedrooms at the rear ensure you will have a lovely base to stay for an affordable price. The balcony with tables and chairs for two people offers fantastic views of the Port with its millionaire yachts and sail boats. The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is very close within a 10 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close-by.

We were surprised and delighted to find such a central and beautiful flat for our summer holiday. All was clean, the flat was comfortable and only 5 Minute to go to the bus station. We enjoyed our holiday very much and we are thinking about another stay in Nice. The view to the port was wonderful in the evening, and we enjoyed to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the ships in the port. What a wonderful gem right on the port! We were very impressed with our welcome - all the details we were given were very useful, and indicated the meet-greet person knows the flats really well. We arrived early, about 10am and called the apartment manager who was there within 20 minutes and let us into the apartment, hours before we should have been. The photographs on the website do not do the apartment justice. The living and cooking areas are excellent as are the bedrooms. The balcony is perfect for 2 and the view out to the port is much better that the photograph. Really nice restaurants down at the port, 5 minute walk to Place Garibaldi with lovely restaurants and coffee shops and probably a 10 minute walk or so to the old town. This is possibly the best value apartment I have ever stayed in. (Jeremy, UK)

Activity and Interests
Moulin is a two minute walk to the port and within easy reach of Coco Reserve Beach- something of a local secret!
The port area is around a 15 minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and a convenient 5-minute walk from the main train station. Parking is in general pretty difficult in Nice but the Port area is one of the few to offer free parking so this is a huge plus for guests who wish to drive around the local area.
Public transport in Nice is excellent with a tram system in town and bus routes further afield to Cannes, St Paul de Vence, Monaco, Antibes and many other places of interest
10 minutes walk from the famous old town of Vieux Nice with its shops,cafes and bars.
Large Carrefour supermarket within a few minutes walk from the apartment, lots of smaller grocery stores and gift shops near by.
The port area is famous for its cafes, restaurants and bars, nearby Rue Bonaparte is a must-visit for nightlife
