Absolutely fantastic

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from our 2 night stay at llaethdy.all I can say is how fantastic it is

We were met on arrival by Joanne who handed the keys to us and showed us inside the beautiful cottage.she was very welcoming and did not bother us at all during our stay.

We loved her little dogs scrappy and Mabel.

Mabel even came in and joined us for dinner one day.she is a funny little character and took a real shine to my partner.

The place is finished to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean.everything you need for your stay is included with regards to glasses plates oven trays dishes etc.

Towels are also included and are very good quality.the bed is very comfortable with lovely linen

The area is so scenic and there is loads to do in the surrounding miles.aprox 20 minutes from tenby and saundersfoot.also close to narbeth which is a nice town for a look around

The pub down the road is a proper pub and I loved it there.the Sunday roast was very good

This is the perfect place to go if like us you want to be out in the countryside for some much needed peace and quiet.a car is definitely needed to get to places nearby.my favourite part was being able to sit on the patio with my cup of tea in the morning with just a field of cows in front for company.loved watching little birds too

We cannot wait until we can visit again.we can see this becoming a regular place for us for our weekend getaways

Thankyou so much Joanne scrappy and Mabel x

Lovely cottage

  • 5 of 5

Had a lovely few days staying at this cottage. Jo the owner made us really welcome and gave us lots of useful information, her two dogs were great company for our dog. The cottage was spacious, relaxing and spotlessly clean. The cottage is perfectly positioned to visit lots of places. Would fully recommend.

Lovely Cottage in peaceful surroundings

  • 5 of 5

We had a great weekend, the owner Joanne is very helpful, sent us loads of info about places to go in the area, how to get there etc before we arrived. She text the day we were leaving to make sure we knew where we were going and met us on arrival, very friendly lady. The cottage is lovely, spotless, well furnished and comfortable. Plenty of heating if it gets a bit chilly. Bed was great, had a great couple of nights sleep, WIFI is good. Cottage is in the grounds of the main house and is surrounded by a fully enclosed fence so our dog Koda loved having the free run of the garden. Nice pub with a beer garden only a few hundred yards down the road and a lovely walk for the dog nearby through Cott lane which leads to the woods. Narberth is only 10 mins away and the cottage is in a great central location for all the nearby attractions. Would definitely stay again, thanks Joanne

Cosy cottage, great location, lovely owner

  • 5 of 5

Joanne was most welcoming to me and my two dogs. The cottage is very well equipped, beautifully presented yet eminently suitable for dogs. It is in a lovely sunny position and has far reaching views. The location of the cottage meant that I managed to visit Colby Gardens (Tea Room highly recommended) and Amroth Beach, Manorbier, Stackpole and Barafundle Bay and Bosherston Lily Ponds and beach and Tenby all in 3 days!
