A spacious Apartment with great facilities

If you want an Apartment that has home from home facilities, this is the place for you.

The very spacious penthouse patio area with umbrellas and sun canopy, complete with sun-loungers, two tables and numerous chairs is an excellent place to chill out. It gets the sun all day and has good views of the surrounding countryside.

Oroklini is a pleasant village with numerous restaurants, shops and banks. The beach is a good fifteen minutes walk away, but it's an exquisite beach, sun-loungers with umbrellas are available and there are small bars and cafe's there too.

Just a short bus ride away is Lanaka, a great place to go for the day, and it's also a lively place in the evenings too.

Perfection a home away from home

What a perfect apartment in a beautiful location with everything you need.I don't really want to do a review as this apartment is so beautiful that you will just want to book it straight away it will get fully booked and I won't be able to go back. from the moment you open the door you are hit by the WOW factor. It is modern slick and spotlessly clean.All the furniture is brand new modern practical and comfortable. The lounge/ diner is a large area , light roomy and easily enough space for 6 persons.The kitchen area is well equipped with everything there you would have in your home, plenty of sofas for chilling on when it gets too hot outside.the bedrooms are also large with loads of wardrobe space . The apartment has aircon, excellent wifi , washing machine , there is nothing missing at all. To assist the less abled a lift takes you directly to the door of the apartment. The veranda is the winner for the apartment it is huge with loads of loungers, table chairs and gets the sun all day long, long lazy days lying in the sun on it are heaven. The pool is a very short walk away, usually you be the only people there, it is a welcome place for a dip out of the hot sun. The local village a short 15min walk away, I would recommend a car if you want to go further a field. The local village has great restaurants, shops, car hire ,cocktail bars and a brand new cafe Nero , which is a must visit. No need for adapters as all plugs are British style.

Ask me would you recommend this place I would say yes yes and yes again. If you are going to Cyprus want a perfect apartment based in a perfect location this is the one for you , you will not be disappointed

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

Palm imperial is an ideal accommodation choice if you are visiting the beautiful island of Cyprus. The apartment is spacy, comfortable and well equipped with a unique rooftop veranda with fantastic views of the sea, Oroklini hill and towards Pyla and Dhekelia. It is a suntrap from early in morning until sunset but with a fantastic shaded area if you need a break from the heat. The owners are all too willing to ensure you have all the correct information from pre booking, right up to arrival and even during stay, They cannot be faulted for professionalism. This area of Cyprus is full of things to do including the flat local beaches that are only 5 minutes away. If you want to explore further, The A3 motorway is only minutes away and this means you can be anywhere on the island within a maximum of 90 minutes. In short, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Three sunny weeks in Oroklini

We had a great holiday ! The apartment is just awesome. There is everything you need and a little more :) Kitchen is well equipped. If you want to make food self, that will work perfectly.

The roof terrace is really large and nice.

The swimming pool is also great , especially if you are accompanied by children.

The village is small, but charming and very close to Larnaca .

We can really recommend this apartment. And Oroklini too.

And when every day the sun was shining from the blue sky, what more could you ask for from a holiday:)

We had a great time staying here. It was the ideal place to spend a week with friends. The apartment is ideally located and there are plenty of places to visit all within a short drive. It was equally ideal for days spent lounging in the sun on the large veranda and then cooling off in the downstairs pool.

The owners could not have been more helpful with plenty of recommendations and information on places to visit during our first time in Cyprus and also places to eat locally.

We can't wait to go back next year.

Homely pad

Clean and well presented apartment with many unusual personal touches. It was a pleasure to stay in and with the awning you can stay in for the day if you wish.The pool area downstairs is kept well with acsess to the residents only . There are many resturants in the area all but one are good We are looking forward to our next visit

From the Owner

We decided in Oroklini because of its central location to the Airport, Larnaca town and many beaches. However, we got a lot more that just that. The town of Oroklini and its surrounding areas are picturesque and full of traditional Cypriot character whilst flirting with modern living. Its an ideal location for so many reasons and we are glad we chose to live here.

Activity and Interests


There are lots of picturesque beaches flooding the coast line of Cyprus. Some are just a short stroll from the apartment and other a short drive. The closest of which is Yanathes Beach being a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Yanathes beach in Oroklini stretches for 2km along Larnaca Bay. Heading North, by car, will bring you to Makronissos Beach in 20 minutes, the first of many blue flag beaches along the Ayia Napa coastline. All these beaches provide Sun beds and Shelter for you to enjoy.


Larnaca airport is situated 22km south of Oroklini and takes only 18 minutes to drive to. A taxi for 4 ranges between €25 to €40 to the apartment from the airport. Although it is not essential to rent it can inhance your holiday experience for exploring other landmarks and stunning sites the Island has to offer. To make matters easier Cyprus is one of the few countries that, like the UK, drive on the left hand side of the road.


The apartment is situated on the fringes of Oroklini and within a 5 minute stroll you will be in the heart of the village. Larnaca itself is a short 15 minute (10km) drive south of the apartment and

Further Details:

Although Oroklini village centre itself is quite small, you will find almost everything you need within a few minutes’ walk. There are shops, a new supermarket, banks, ATM’s, a launderette, pharmacy, car rental shop and two 24hr bakeries.

A £150 pound deposit will be required to place the booking and hold the required dates for your holiday. Then the full price of your stay will need to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. Once the further full amount of your stay is paid the initial £150 becomes a security deposit held by us. Once the property is checked following your vacation for breakages and damages this amount will be returned to you within seven working days of your departure. If the booking is cancelled within six weeks of your vacation the deposit will become non-refundable.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, personal cheque or PayPal payment (3.5% additional processing fee), and then a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt once funds have cleared.

The unique selling point to us when purchasing the property was the veranda. With its area covering twice that of the apartment itself we knew we had to have it! We love spending long summer days from the morning right until the depths of night on the veranda. Watching the skyline change whilst cooking on the BBQ for friends and family is a delight. Then in the evening, turning on the outside lights and looking into the star filled sky with a drink just cannot be beaten. This makes the holiday, not having to worry where the sun is as its a south facing apartment you can always enjoy the Cyrus Sun.

  • Outside: This apartment benefits from its own private veranda which over looks the coastline and mountain range. This stunning veranda can be used to sunbath, BBQ, eat on and generally relax all at the same time due to its generous size. There are 2 sun beds to soak up the Cyprus sun, a bench with a table and two chairs to sit around in the morning whilst drinking that first cup of coffee, a patio table and chairs to enjoy your home cooked food on the veranda, a mobile parasol to protect you where ever you fancy sitting and a large BBQ for you to cook your own meze on. As the night draws in there are several fixed lights on the veranda walls to keep you out there for as long as you fancy. The size of the outdoor space is not to be under estimated with a huge 18m by 10m sun trap which flows into 4m by 2m shaded area which can easily fit tables and chairs. The complex also boasts a communal pool via a locked gate so only people on the complex can enter. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned prior to guests arrival and also on departure. Towels and bed linen are all supplied.
