Penthouse in Los Granados Playa

This Stunning three-bedroom penthouse is spread over two stories and provides you with a private rooftop terrace and pool to enjoy the spectacular 360 degree views stretching for the Sierra Bermeja Mountain Range all the way to the Rock of Gibraltar and North Africa, on a clear day. This beautiful south-facing penthouse is ideally situated on the beach and within the established surrounding of the Los Granados Playa development. On the first floor you will find a cool marble entrance hall which leads, through a sliding door, into a spacious living / dining room. This living space features a spiral staircase (to the second floor), a large circular dinning table and chairs (seats 6), and a comfortable lounging area (seats 6) with entertainment unit. Through full width floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which lead directly from the living space onto a private terrace, you will see the spectacular unobstructed views of the sea and grounds. This terrace includes a stylish dining area, sun loungers and adjustable told / canopy to keep you out of the sun. To the right of the entrance hall you will find the spacious fully fitted kitchen with a neat breakfast corner and adjacent laundry room. From the entrance hall you will find the main corridor, which leads to the two twin bedrooms (on the right) and the large main bathroom, which includes a full sized bath / shower. At the end of the corridor to the left you will find the spacious master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, on-suit (with full size bath / shower), built in wardrobes and a large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which provides access to the first floor terrace and sea views. On the second floor you will find the large sun drenched roof top terrace with secluded private pool, which can be use to cool off during the hot Mediterranean days. Accessed via the spiral staircase for the living space below, the rooftop terrace provides plenty of space for dining, relaxing, barbecuing and sunbathing. This terrace provides you with unobstructed sea views, which stretch all the way to the Rock of Gibraltar and North Africa, on a clear day. To the rear of the terrace, which captures the late evening sun, you will be spoiled by views of the Sierra Bermeja Mountain Range. The complex has an abundance of amenities including two lovely swimming pools, fully equipped gym, tennis courts, paddle courts, playground and 24 hour security. There is also a very good library downstairs from the gym. The office is open 9am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday if you need any assistance or information. There are at least 30 champion Golf Courses close by. The Penthouse is front line beach where you can walk to the many Chiringuitos (beach-side restaurants) to the left and right. Ideally located on the South-West coastline of Marbella, Los Granados Playa is a 45 min drive (72 km) from Málaga airport and enjoys the best possible location only 10 minutes (12 km) from the renowned Puerto Banus Marina and 15 minutes (12 km) from the charming coastal town of Estepona. This is an ideal place to stay for anyone looking to get away to the sun.

There is a petrol station, Repsol, within minutes’ walk from the complex for convenient shopping and daily products.

There are a number of local supermarkets to do your shopping whilst here:

- Carrefour at the entrance of Estepona about 8 minutes’ drive. Opening hours 10.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs.

- Aldi on the way to Estepona on the other road side opposite Laguna Village. Opening hours 09.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs.

- Lidl on Cancelada roundabout / Bel Air on the other side of the road direction Marbella. Opening hours 09.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs.

- Mercadona on Cancelada roundabout / Bel Air on the other side of the road direction Marbella. Opening hours 09.30 hrs to 21.30 hrs.

There are some shopping malls:

- La Cañada in Marbella on the AP7 Motorway. Opening hours 10.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs.

- El Corte Ingles and Marina Banus in Puerto Banus. Opening hours 10.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs.

Estepona: from 9.00hrs to 14.00hrs in the town centre, Avenida Puerta del Mar, next to the LIDL. Large and well organized with a great variety of stalls.There’s limited parking nearby, so make sure you get there early.

- Thursdays

San Pedro de Alcantara: from 9.00hrs to 14.00hrs, Calle Jorge Guillen, Recinto Ferial in the Divina Pastora District.

- Fridays

Marbella: from 9.00hrs to 14.00hrs Casco Antiguo (Old Town)

Cancelada: from 9.00hrs to 14.00hrs a very small market

- Saturdays

Puerto Banus' street market / Nueva Andalucía: from 9.00hrs to 14.00hrs around the bullring. Absolutely the best market for antiques and art from Spain and from other countries around the world. Beautiful furniture, mirrors lamps, crystals, handmade jewellery, carpets, sculptures, bags, sunglasses, shoes, leather goods and home-ware. The stalls spread in all directions.

The Playa Bella is a very good Spanish Restaurant just after the petrol station Repsol, three minutes’ walk from Los Granados Playa on the road side.

Just a few meters further the Pizzeria A Tavola does takeaways.

There are also a number of Chiringuitos and Beach Bars along the beach towards both directions. Estepona side: El Velerin, Laguna Village… Marbella side: El Perejil, Tikitano, Heaven Beach…

Great location and perfect apartment, everything you could possibly need

Everything went as per plan, perfect, Ian sorted everything we required. All I can say Miriam is that you have the perfect holiday home.

I look forward to coming back and would say nobody could be disappointed with both the apartment and the location.

Luxury Penthouse

Just had a wonderful week in this outstanding penthouse . It's as everything you need. The beds were lovely and comfortable and lovely bedding. And what a view from the balcony . We had a lovely walks along the beach. Also a lovely private pool. And a shared pool . The place was lovely and clean and would recommend it to anyone . Also we would like to thank Ian for looking after us so well and taken us shopping and to the market , and his lovely wife Miriam they both made our holiday .

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location!!

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday! The apartment was kept beautiful, and has everything we needed!! We enjoyed the pool on the roof! The beds were very comfortable, and everything very clean. The area is beautiful!! The communal pool outside the apartment is very big, clean and whilst we were there attended by a life guard. Thank you Miriam for sharing your lovely apartment!!
